“Offered what we were looking for though definitely not cheap. Hotel was as described and photos were accurate. However no mention that directly outside hotel was totally unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems. Location handy for local buses. No train service throughout Albania. Staff, without exception, were wonderful.”

“Great holiday, from booking to trip, transfers and back again! Communication was on point before and during our stay. Hotel very nice but not shown on site as such. Great hotel and staff very friendly, clean room and amenities especially the New Spa!!”

“the staff and food were great the pool side was lovely and very close to the beach but we had a lot of issues we never got our à la carte evening which was disappointing as we asked 3 times and were promised yes we would get the last day but no. and it was our anniversary so very dissapointed”
