“Hotel nice and clean, but no fan in the room, just in the sitting room. Not close to any attractions. Pool side clean with lots of sun beds Food was okay, some cats around does not belong to the hotel. All their receptionists are pleasant, communicated well in English, gave us directions of where to go.”

“Love Holidays themselves were excellent — organised, communicative, and easy to deal with throughout. The hotel experience, however, fell short. Prior to arrival, I had requested a room upgrade — which I was willing to pay for — and I also informed the hotel that my partner and I were travelling for a special occasion, as I was planning to propose. I asked whether anything could be done to make the stay feel memorable. Staff acknowledged this and indicated they would look into it. Nothing came of it. Beyond that, the general attentiveness from staff felt inconsistent. On several occasions, we observed noticeably warmer and more engaged service being given to other guests, while our requests and interactions were met with less enthusiasm. Small things — but they add up over a trip that was meant to be significant. It is a shame, because the location and property itself had real potential. Love Holidays held up their end; the hotel simply did not match it.”
