“We love this holiday- the hotel was Clean centrally placed and the owner and staff could not do enough for us. Could not recommend the hotel any more highly.”

“My wife and I have just returned from a fantastic one-week stay at a clear room at Aparthotel Olimarll Cambrils in Spain, and I am writing to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional experience. Every member of the hotel made us feel truly welcome, especially Irene at the reception, whose warmth and professionalism stood out. But I owe a special thank you to you personally, The manager Dianis,Your kindness in using Spanish to communicate with the transport company on our behalf was a lifesaver. By arranging an earlier airport pickup – two hours ahead of schedule – you helped us avoid the stressful crowds of the EES (EU Entrance/Exit System) and ensured we didn’t miss our flight. Your thoughtful gesture, along with the genuine care from your entire staffs gave us a good memory, We have already recommending your hotel to friends, and we will certainly be back for another stay. In this trip, the negative thing was the transfer between airport and hotel, distance was too far away, pickup location and time were confusing, the MTS transfer didn't take into account of passport check(EES)in airport and allowing plenty of time to airport, I had use the livechat with Loveholidays and Mtsbut without any help. Anyway, it was a fantastic vocation. Raymond Lam”

“Wow it’s easy to book. The photos was very close to the actual hotel. There’s only so much loveholidays themselves can do for what they get provided on unless there’s a worker that goes that looked everything they lied about the food but the rest can’t lie was good happy”

“website easy to use but let down by customer service as accidentally paid twice for the same upgrade and had no help at all with a refund and refused to acknowledge my complaint or deal with it at all. the holiday and hotel were both exceptional and would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet break in an ideal location for swimming and snorkelling away from the main family / crowded areas.”
