“Booked through loveholidays and the booking process itself was excellent — easy to use, good prices, and everything was organised properly, which is why I’m giving them 10/10. Unfortunately, the hotel experience wasn’t great. Communication was difficult as very few staff spoke proper English, the food was disappointing with limited variety, and there wasn’t much entertainment or activities for kids. The holiday company itself was great, but I’d probably choose a different hotel next time.”

“Booked this holiday (last minute) for myself & my daughter. Read the reviews after (normally I would book based on reviews). The reviews were awful & I wasn’t looking forward to it. We were pleasantly surprised. Yes it is noisy, yes a lot of all sorts of people staying here. However, we had a sea view apartment on the top floor. Views are amazing & NO noise. Apartments are very clean with plenty of linen & towels. Reception staff (Sabre) are most helpful & friendly and is open 24 hrs so you feel safe. Pool area is only ok could do with a clean, pool didn’t look great either. Apartment should also have a kettle (had to hire one). These apartments could be amazing with a small few changes. Location is only mins from the centre, didn’t hear any music at night. I’d say summer is crazy so perhaps avoid during high season. Tip: pay for the sea view upgrade.”

“Our short holiday to Bluebay Banus hotel , Puerto Banus was really very relaxing and fun. Gorgeous hotel grounds . Lovely rooms , kept very clean . Charming , helpful staff . Pool and restaurants in a really pretty setting with tasty menu options. A short walk to some beaches and a 10 min stroll into Pueto Banus where it feels incredibly luxury 5star surroundings. A short cab ride to Marbella Old town - which was our highlight ! Gorgeous old cobbled streets with boutiques and cafes mingled in with quaint plazas and chic restaurants . A fabulous day out. Such a lovely holiday !”

“Had a lovely holiday with love holidays. Hotel was fine and the flights were fine too. One got cancelled but we were put on a new one 20 minuites later. Very helpful. I would recommend booking through love holidays”

“Well organised, good choice of options to create own package, hotel delivered on all levels.Will continue to use Love holidays , except for transfer.MTS not client focused poor in all aspects.Reccomend arrange own transfer, from airport.Do not reflect Love Holidays values or organisation.”
