“Excellent quality at a great price. Was delivered on time. I was very happy with this gift. Only let down was paying extra for Gift Wrapping. It was not what I expected and very poorly wrapped. Dod not look very nice or professionally wrapped. I ended up unwrapping it and re Wrapping it myself with new paper and bows.”

“Paying for next day delivery £7-95 didn’t come in 4 days u agreed to send another one promising it would be there for the birthday it arrived a day to late so embarrassed to arrive at a party with no gift When item arrived gave it as gift to be embarrassed again with wrong personalisation and for all the embarrassment and hassle u gave me a £2-00 refund on delivery Terrible customer service couldn’t care less Would never use again or recommend”
