“Ordered a ruby wedding anniversary gift present, received next day and was really lovely. Customer service was spot on also as i needed to change something on the personalisation of the gift and that was sorted straight away also, will definitely use again”

“I brought to glasses engraved for a wedding present. I paid to have them gift wrapped. When they came only one was gift wrapped. The bow that came with it was squashed. After emailing to complain I got the wrapping money returned and a rather pathetic sorry, there was no empathy. I would rather have had a proper apology than the money refunded”

“I have now used love my gifts several times, for both birthday and christening gifts, as well as for Xmas gifts. Absolutely brilliant customer service, superb quality goods and always delivered on time and in great condition. Even the extra wrapping is well worth the extra money. 5/5. Brilliant”

“Ordered a christening present for a friends new baby, gave over a week just in case of delivery, called on the day i needed it and still nothing, embarrassed me by turning up with no present, 2 weeks later and still no bracelet! Emailed and was given some story of my address was the problem, ive lived at my address for years and had no address issues. 3 weeks later and still no bracelet and then i get a email saying i have to pay more to get it redelivered! Then i received a card saying come collect your parcel at the local post office. 3 & a half weeks later! Absolute Poor service Kas kassem”
