“I purchased this watch following a birthday and near Christmas, as it was on sale. I have an older Navy Seal diver watch that has been great, and wanted a new one since the original 6100 was purchased over 15 years ago. While this new watch seems structurally sound, the luminous tubes overall are relatively dim, with the minute hand being much dimmer than both the hour hand and the hourly markers. I guess I should have been cautious with the purchase as the quality is not near as good as the one I purchased over 15 years ago.”
“Over the past five years, I have purchased several battery-powered Luminox watches. They have all performed well, with the 3351 being especially accurate time-keeping. Thus, I was very disappointed to receive a 0937 automatic which was losing 15 seconds a day. I sent that back and received a replacement which gained 12 seconds a day. For a watch costing over $1000, it seems to me that it should keep good time i.e. lose or gain less than 5 seconds a day. My 3-star rating is based on all the watches I have, not just the 0937. For the 0937, I'd give Luminox 1 star.”
“I have had Luminox watches for about 20 years now. I own 6 of them. 2 of them have been used in Belizean waters while fishing, swimming snorkeling, etc. in excess of 20 years. A good cold water wash with a little Dawn cleans them and ready for the next day. They were used 100 days or more in high risk situations, firearms training, and daily wear. Returned to Saltzman's Watches in Rhode Island for service and batteries and they're ready for more abuse. Great watches at a great price for rugged use.”
“Your customer service is horrible. I called and left messages. Several times I wrote you emails and also responded to your portal and no one ever returned my call or message me. This is the first time that I bought your watch and will be the last time. One would think that you would want to respond and take care of your customers. I guess you don’t value repeat business! I bought a diver watch from you all and the very next morning it was on sale for 30% less than I paid the week before Christmas. I have called to speak to somebody about this and no one ever returned my call or message me.”

“I love the watch as it reminds me of my old Tag Heuer Formula One early 90's. I also got the smallest of the watch offerings as I am tired of seeing bull dog watches that cover the whole arm and barely fit inside a loose sweater arm. The problem is that the strap is really meant for small wrists. I barely have space to lock it.”
