“watch is beautiful, but quality is low, after 3 days of use , it oxidie and turn green, I cleaned but the crown , but when you paid for quality , you should recieve quality, I never have other watch that turn green or change color, never ever”

For many years I have been checking the Luminox website multiple times per week & waiting for them to produce the Pacific Diver Series in the Automatic Version.
As soon as I saw that it was finally available in the Automatic version, I purchased it instantly. Very happy with the purchase!

All the questions that I had asked were responded to in a timely fashion with accurate information. I am absolutely pleased with. The reason I can only comment on customer service at this time after my purchase is that I had to ship my watch home so that my wife could repackage it and ship it overseas. I’m a little lost for words for A company so deep And rich in military history to not offer shipping to an APO. So maybe after purchase almost 2 months ago once I finally received my watch, I can leave a proper review.”
“I wanted an update to my Luminox Volition watch; Luminox offered replacement watch bands and the tan colored gave a great accent to the black watch. Easy ordering and very quick shipping, perfect transaction.”
“I returned the watch as the hands go not glow as bright in the dark as their advertisement shows. I have not been impressed with the timeliness of their replies from customer service and their replies are not mean but they are not friendly I would have to call them curt.
Because of this I started doing research on their Navy Seal model 3001 and found they had settled a class action suit. I asked them if they ever resolved the problem and they never replied.
I find it sad what the world is coming to as it affects even commerce and the civility of customer service.
I returned the watch and now have to search for a watch that will meet my needs as I had been led to believe the Navy Seal 3001 watch would have done.”
“Ordered a Navy Seal Foundation watch. Was shipped a box with no watch. Supporting paperwork, a warranty card, a box "sleeve" that had obviously never been used, and a packing list were in the larger box, but no watch box or watch. Zero package tampering after warehouse shipping. $500+ dollars down, two weeks and four emails later, and Luminox/Mondaine is no longer responding other than "still waiting on a response from the warehouse." How do they not have a customer service telephone number? How is their customer service non-existent? How do they sell a watch that represents military service, yet spend no time on service? Never again.”
“Just got the Pacific Diver Automatic, 42mm. The watch looks good and works fine, but the illumination is not as bright as my last Luminox watch was when new. I got the new one to replace the old one, which after 10 years was not that bright. The new one seems like it might itself be a few yars old based on its brightness. Probably won't get another when the new one gets dime. There are apparently a lot more choices now.”
“The watches are great however the warranty process is horrible ….contact is almost impossible and the forms you need to complete on line don’t even work ….great watch industries worse warranty process-bar none!”
