“Watch was a great size (39mm). THe hands and dial were excellent both day and night. My only issue is the outer bezel. I found the lume pip/zero marker to be too small and too hard to see.
If they can improve on that I will reorder. Return went smooth (so far)”

I ordered this watch for my sons birthday, he is an exec with LUCID MOTORS in San Francisco.
I ordered it direct from LUMINOX, as there are so many places selling ' fake' versions of
your watches.
If you read the reviews on AMAZON, you can see, as folks are saying how poor the quality is,
and how lUMINOx has gone down hill, which is giving you aa bad name, but they are just fake china replicas or somewhere asian made.
So,
so sad, the watch still has not arrived, and worse
UPS , does not even have an estimated time of arrival!! as it just left NEW YORK? LUMINOX? label just created on 6/29/2023.
I understand tuesday a holiday, but it just got shipped and will be another week?
so how can i review. i PRAY this is an original , not replica, and that i

Had no idea I was buying a watch without a warranty. Suspect the watch was used, not new, even though advertised as new. Amazon refunded most of the money, thankfully. (They kept something called a restocking fee, which I have no idea what that's for). I like Luminox generally but ... lesson learned.”

“Very expensive watches with a bogus return policy. You better be 100% sure of the watch you want to purchase before doing so because they will NOT take it back! Even after purchasing the second, correct watch, they will not return or refund my money for the first purchased incorrect watch. I'm out $100's of dollars for a watch that will never be worn. I have no plans on purchasing from them ever again and had to escalate the fraudulent policy to my card company.”
