“Products are great. Just bought my 3rd watch. But repair/warranty is pretty terrible. Sending my watch in with an estimated lead time of 8-12 weeks to have it returned to me. That needs some work in my opinion.”
“Watch is great, customer service is another issue. Received watch a week ago and still trying to get ahold of someone to order a couple more links for the band as it is too small. 1 week, 3 emails, 4 text messages i still have no answers and have a watch sitting at home i can not wear. Not sure what the hold up is on luminox side.”

There is one problem, it's not the watch. It didn't come with a manual and I am having a hard time getting the manual from Luminox”

“Very nice watch, simple yet well made and has everything you need. I own about 40 watches, some very expensive, some not, but I find myself continuing to wear my Luminox all the time...had to purchase another so I had one for : "not work"!”
“Received my watch and so far so good. I like white as I was looking for a lady's watch and one slightly smaller than the normal ones. I like the single-pin buckle as opposed to the double one on my previous watch. I also like the fact this one has a single band around it to hold the excess instead of two. My only other complaint is that there is a slight glare on the Crystal so you have to look at the face directly and not at an angle making it difficult to read at a quick glance. The numbers on the bezel and face could be a bit darker.”
“I have always had Timex for 60 years so this is a big step up. Great looks. BUT: in the dark, it is very hard to read the hour and minute hands when they are close together - it all seems like a jumble because of the same size and length of luminous color. I can't tell which hand is on top of, next to or near the other. At 5:23 a.m. or 11:48 p.m., when I am in bed, I have no idea of the actual time. The worst thing is the mechanical quality. The first week one of the pins holding the band broke and I had to replace it - not an easy job. I'm glad I also ordered the extra tool. Next, the band just broke. I was standing in line, not moving or holding anything and the band broke straight across - a straight clean break. Cost me about $45.00 to order a new band from you. What next? It was a present from my wife so I haven't made an issue of any problems till now by being sent this offer to give my opinion.”
“Ordered a watch band that was never sent. Sent 2 emails to customer service without any reply. The last email I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment. Very disappointing!”
