“ I was assisted by Louis in the Meadowhall branch of Lush. He was knowledgeable and helpful. After the first sales person was rude then walked away to chat to their colleague without offering any type of service I was very disappointed but Louis came to their rescue and has prevented a complaint. Thank you Louis! ”

“ Never had a problem with lush their products are great the posh chocolate is amazing and the Congo jelly deliver driver put it somewhere where it got soaking wet destroyed all the bath bombs lush sent me a full replacement rushed delivery in time for Christmas I hope but that's more delivery fault than lush as its the busy time of the year excellent customer service any problems just phone them up it's much quicker than emailing ”
