“Very quick and efficient parking, not cheap. Bad point was can covered in bird poo and not cleaned when returned.”

“Parking at Luton was trouble-free and I'm glad I booked in advance, but my preference would still be to get the train to the airport unless there's a particular reason to drive myself (as there was on this occasion)”

“Short stay is great for short business trips. Website could be more helpful with time slots (15 min not 1 hour intervals) Could not change booking 26 hours before arrival.”

“Arrived an hour early and was worried about an extra charge but it never happend also had a ticket stolen along with my wallet which wasn't a problem on exit either. Very good service will use them again”

“Unsure of my travel plans at first decided to book airport parking massive fluctuations in pricing leading to making the booking price increased £35 in 4 days wasn't expecting that !!”

“Car was in good order when we returned. Yes, it is quite a way from departures and yes, if you happen to be following the bus when you are trying to park, that can slow you down, as it stops several times, without leaving passing room, but the buses are very frequent and warm. This is much appreciated when you arrive in the very chilly early morning hours of late May!”

“Generally the experience was good. My main issue is the location. The idea of priority parking, and the extra you pay, is to get to the terminal quicker. When you spend a lengthy amount of time, getting from the main road, on the road leading into the terminal, you then get to the barrier for Priority Parking. Driving through there is a zebra crossing leading from the drop off point to the terminal - This is constant with people crossing, and unless you move forward slowly, and try to move in between people crossing you would sit there all day (like some people do). This is the same when you try to leave on your return - Same crossing, same amount of people. Move either the priority parking to the other side, or the zebra crossing past the entrance to priority parking. As said, this is not so much about the parking, as to the location. Staff are helpful, car is safe, and has always been ready and waiting for me on my return. From the parking perspective I would recommend, from the location I wouldn't”

“Everything was very easy , location, parking and bus in and out However, when I went to pay my ticket stated I owed £ 68 I had a fright as I had paid online. I pressed for assistance to be informed I did not need to pay and all was well This was unnecessary anxiety which I feel should be ironed out”

“Pre paid car parking,Got to mid term car park only to find car park full. Assistant at barrier came and told us to park in road next to fence ,a sign telling you not to park near fence was being displayed.after a while i did fid a space. I did think that spaces would have been left for people who had already paid.”

“Even though we had pre-booked our parking, we struggled to find a parking space on arrival. It took a good 5-10 mins before we found a space. There were some 'gaps' that should of been spaces as some drivers had not stayed within the bays. We didn't wait long for the shuttle buses and these were more than adequate for the number of people using the service. We arrived back to collect our car in the early hours and it was good to see a security man driving round and checking on things.”

“Medium stay car park near airport. Pick-up and drop-off were prompt. Short walk to parking space. Bus was a bit crowded on return (bank holiday weekend) and it wasn't cheap - but overall OK (unlike very long wait for luggage!).”
