“I missed the bus at the first stop, ran to catch it at the second but he pulled away just as I got there. I kept running and the bus driver waited a few seconds at the third stop for me to get on the bus. I was very tight time-wise after the M1 was very slow & the road works - so really appreciated this. Thanked the driver for being considerate at the time and am happy to share this positive feedback with you too (just before 18:00 on 12 May. Medium Stay car park).”

“Had to contact parking control administration to get clearance to exit the car park owing to the machine insisting that I had over stayed my booking period. I had not overstayed and no extra parking charges were due as was confirmed by parking control .Otherwise the pre booking worked o.k regards Graham Webb”

“Carparking was good until we tried to leave and was told by the machine that we needed to pay £152.00 which was wrong because we had paid up front. Something you do not what to see when you have just had a long and tried day and just want to get home”

“The road to the parking is needs of being resurfaced. The auto number plate recognising system worked well and a parking space easy to find. But why are the parking not fully surfaced.”

“The buses were very full-could do with more busses when it's busy! Also on the way out the ticket exit said we had no paid which panicked us at first but the man at the end of the call button checked and let us through”

“I used the long term car park at Luton Airport, very competitively priced and easy to book. Shuttle bus service runs from car park to terminal and vice versa. My only criticisms are that the website gives the impression that this car park is closer to the terminal than it actually is (it can add 30mins to your journey time waiting for a bus to take you there), & sometimes the bus can be quite crowded.”

“I feel you could have more bus stops on the parking grid, we were in W and it was quite a hike to the nearest but stop with a heavy case. That was my only gripe.”

“great service, quick efficient and cheap if booked online. Though you have to ring the operator once you check in and check out to say you've pre-booked and have paid once you check out. other than that 4/5!!!!!”
