“Price OK, but you could alert people that the price goes up if you only book a couple of days ahead. If I had known, I would have booked the previous week Also, as the car park has expanded, it can be a quite a walk to the nearest bus stop.”

“I usually enjoy parking at Luton Long Term Car Park. It is easily accessible, it appears safe, there is usually space and the surface is good. The buses are also frequent and quick. I would have given it a 'Very good' rating, but this time, again, the camera on the entry gate failed to read my car registration and a) did not greet me with my name thus making me question whether I had booked, and b) means that on exit I will be faced with a large bill that I must negotiate with the attendant via the Help button to alleviate. This adds to the stress of the journey.”

“The short term car park at Luton is close to terminal though the walk from far end, if busy, is more than 5 minutes and the condition of the tarmac in some places is very poor causing difficulties with wheelie bags. Cars are also parked too close to the fence where the path to terminal is, so you have to squeeze between them. Easily solved by some paint and signs.”

“My only problem was on leaving the car park I had prepaid and booked and the message said I owed about £57.00 so I had to get hold of someone to sort it out and open the barrier.”

“efficient but expensive compared to other airports eg Gatwick where the same service cost me £47 and they gave me a 10% off voucher for my next visit”

“In past visits the automatic barrier is not always released when you insert your parking ticket meaning you are delayed when you have to speak with the attendant. This trip it worked fine which was good. Good location of the car park relative to the terminal and easy to book and pay.”

“the bus arrived very quickly & made the whole process very easy & efficient. How ever as we tried to leave,late in the evening as our flight returned at 1140 pm, there were several cars that seemed to have misplaced their tickets & caused a queue of traffic as we waited for them to contact the exit gate staff. This was a frustrating hold up.”

“Excellent service. Shame the queue for just dropping off cannot be moved to enable access to PP. experienced a 30min delay just to access area! 2mins to actually hand over car - very impressive.”

“A second exit lane is a MUST. Drivers who have overstayed clog up the single lane, extremely frustrating for other drivers waiting to exit, especialy after a late flight at 11:00 pm.”

“The mid term car park was advertised as running every 10 minutes but on the way back I waited longer than that. I also forgot where I was as the only guide was the bus stop. Perhaps a number at the top and bottom of each row?”

“Very annoyed at the charge of £2.50 for dropping off, it should be free for people who are booked into the car parks.”

“Overall convenience to terminal is excellent. However it is a little pricey. A better, cheaper price structure would benefit all. ????”
