“Everything was ok except the plates recognition system doesnt read spanish plates like mine, so each time I try to exit I have to call through the intercomunicator. It is not a big ideal, but it would be great if I can avoid that”

“The process was all very easy and efficient. As a first time visitor to the airport I would say the road layout and signage of the last 150m on approach was confusing, and it would be easy to find yourself in the drop off section rather than the car park itself.”

“Everything worked exactly as planned / advertised even with our very delayed return flight. However, I'm just not sure why it was necessary to move my seat, steering wheel, rear view mirror and wing mirrors! Everything had been adjusted! I agree with driving safely etc but for 2 miles was it really necessary to make so many adjustments?”

“As always at Luton, finding a space is a nightmare but this car park was far less chaotic than the short-term one and so much more pleasant than the long term nightmare where late buses, people trying to jump on and off to get into offices and foul language are rife. Really good at mid term though. Thanks.”

“Difficult to enter at 05.00h due to the queue of cars entering the drop off point. Signage to the car park at that point not immediately obvious to a first time visitor - Me! The on line booking was a boon and easy to use. Overall a good experience and a facility that I will use again.”

“On half of my visits to the official airport parking the gate system doesn't recognise me as pre-booked and then there is a delay in getting out as you have to sit blocking the exit gate while you push the assistance button which on this occasion took a good few minutes to even get an answer (as the car beside me had similar issues). This meant that the only two exit gates were blocked so a queue built up behind......... not great at 11pm after a flight. I do like the security of the site and the staff are all pleasant and trustworthy. The buses are very regular and you never wait more than about five minutes or so.”
