“Easy to book on line. No problems in finding the car park. No problems with entering or leaving the car park. Good bus service to the Airport”

“Pick up on arrival was good, waited only a few minutes for bus to take us to the terminal. On return from holiday the service was slower waited over the normal time for the return to the long stay car park. We were lucky to get on, others queuing had to wait for another bus. Held up at exit from car park by other cars where the barrier wasn't opening up, whether this was the system or drivers not ready or payment not paid I don't know. However overall experience was good.”

“Overall experience good, easy to find with good access to bus stops with clear signage throughout the car park. On departure, ticket machine stated outstanding value £152.00 which was a worry, though parking assistance available over the speaker to lift the barrier at no extra cost. Thankfully!!”

“Efficient and easy parking. Use it once a month and always pre book and pay in advance. On 2 occasions have been told I need to pay on the way out, however after pressing the assistance button and speaking to the person on the other end of the line it always gets sorted quickly.”

“I find not having trolleys available at the drop off point inconvenient, I appreciate staffs problem with regards to the airport policy on trolleys but feel this should be resolved. David Hack”

“System worked well. Booked online and number recognition and name on ticket etc was all very good also. Close to the terminal and exiting was also east and fairly stress free. I did note that a bottle neck can form getting out of the carpark and this causes frustration with some drivers - lots of horns blaring and flashing lights. Other than that, it was better than most of the airports I visit on a weekly basis.”

“Used the on-site Long Stay park to minimise transfer & waiting delays. Did not wait too long for the transfer bus in either direction which was not too busy (May 2015). Booked in advance online but a week after checking the prices they had gone up by £10 - book early to save money. Barrier didn't recognise my pre-booking on exit & wanted to charge £190 however the supervisor checked our booking reference & let us through with minimal delay.”

“Having rebooked the long term car park the only problem was that when I put the card in to exit the car park the barrier did not open and the charge on the machine showed £209. Only when I spoke Via the intercom for assistance did I manage to get the barrier raised. Surely when you prebook this should not happen. My prebooked reference number was JRK05”

“Well sign posted and easy to find. Parking was good. The transfer to the airport and back was good.”

“Only issue seems to be the waiting time at the terminal to get back to the car park, I waited about 20 minutes for a bus and this was at about 18.30. I've experienced this type of delays before”

“Location and convenience are really good but some of the staff when you are going to collect the car need some customer service training as they were not keen to help or to not interested if you need any help. Some courtesy goes a long way and makes difference without hurting anybody.”
