“Hassle free transfer though bus shelters in medium term park provide no shelter from either wind or rain”

“Easy to find and quick to get to the airport. Our flight was delayed so we were a couple of hours over what I'd quoted when booking online - Was asked to pay an additional £84 when we got to the gate but spoke to the staff and quoted our reference number and they sorted it for us :) Would highly recommend booking online - saves so much time!”

“I had to wait 15 min for a bus in mid stay car park and on the website is 8-10 min. The bus gone to terminal on walk speed... Apart of that all fine. Easy to find the car park.”

“Very good upon arrival at car park, didn't have to wait long for bus to transfer to terminal. When coming back wait for bus was longer to get back to car park.”

“no problems at all, although getting back at 1am i felt the lighting could be better,and the driver of the shuttle could give some idea of the location stops.it is well worth remembering your location number,other than that all ok.”

“Parking at the mid term car park was very easy and clearly sign posted when approaching the car park. the only thing I would say is that you need more exit signs around the car park as they are very far and few between depending On where you park”

“I use this car park around 3 to 4 times a year, it always felt as value for money. But this last time I was extremely frustrated after realising I was instructed to park in a new section where the only way to get to the bus stop is by using the steps, there is no alternative. It is absolutely inconvenient when carrying your holiday luggage. When you're paying for a service such as this, you expect the facilities to make travelling easier, not a hassle. Thank you”

“on entering did not pick up my reg or leaving had to call for help when leaving with my booking reference, was OK but cameras need to be more effective to register all reg nos”

“Everything was ok except the plates recognition system doesnt read spanish plates like mine, so each time I try to exit I have to call through the intercomunicator. It is not a big ideal, but it would be great if I can avoid that”
