“Is perfect for a short trip or when you are late to get to the airport however the price is quite expensive. Buses coming each 15min and take 10mins to get to the departures.”

“Car park on exit would not accept my prepaid ticket. i had to press the help buzzer but was let through once i had explained the situation. Others exiting at the same time semed to be having the same bother.”

“Easy to find and lots of parking spaces available The shuttle bus service was very quick Only issue was the road works, hence a diversion to get back onto the M1 on return”

“Only issue I had was the row on which I parked there was no reference marking When your parking in dark conditions and the returning late at night if would make sense that a row of cars i parked in was indicated somehow”

“Ticket said I owed £54 upon exit even though I prepaid. Fortunately I was let through by a remote security guard though. Although he said my name and asked to confirm so not very secure compared to just asking for my name as anyone could have been driving my car out! Otherwise all fine.”

“Convenient Medium stay - good bus service even late at night. However when put ticket in machine to exit, we held up the queue because we had to alert a disembodied voice on the intercom - the machine claimed we owed >£100 but we had prepaid half that, and he checked our record and opened the gate. A bit of alarm at the time but it worked out ok.”

“The car park was quite full so it took about 5 minutes to find a decent spot to park. However, the bus was very near and came almost immediately. Arriving back at Luton past midnight we just missed a bus and had to wait a good 10 minutes in cold weather for the next one. This service could be improved but otherwise the experience was good”

“Used the short stay car park for a long weekend break paid for it on line prior to arrival. Less than five minutes walk to terminal. Make sure you have your booking reference in case there are any problems. Would use it again..”

“Good and easy. The only slightly down side was the lack of clear early signage once you go into the area for the short stay and the pick-up queues. I ended up for a short while queuing in the pick-up area as it didn't make it clear when the two split off which direction you should go.”

“We always park in mid term car park why doesn't the number plate recognition work like it used to when we park the car? We now have to get out our paperwork although we have prepaid to get let in and out, this never happened before”

“Although booked correctly in advance the number recognition system did not recognise our number plate on the way out. The member of staff however was very effectient and located our booking quickly and let us out.”
