“I was generally very happy with the service. It was very close to the airport terminal which meant that I was in my car and underway minutes after leaving the terminal. The one issue I had, was the ANPR camera misread my number plate and I had to contact someone to help me out. The intercom was answered very quickly and the issue was resolved.”

“Prepaid for parking. When trying to leave the car park my ticket came up with an outstanding balance. No answer from the help button at the barrier. Tried repeatedly and finally got through. Very poor experience.”

“I pre paid for my booking on line with a VISA card several weeks prior to using the car parking facility ,however, when I departed from the car park , as per the instructions ,I inserted my ticket into the machine at the exit barrier and strangely a cost was displayed - £169 !!! I pressed the button to speak to an assistant who was rude and very dismissive and not apologetic at all - He was really awful and like i said it was a pre pay and I should not have had to waste my time ldealing with this when I should have been on my way - then as I say i had to deal with this cretin who eventually let me out of the car park Overall a dreadful experience”

“Excellent as always. I use Mid Term parking as the car park is very close to the terminal and often it is quicker to park here than the short term car park on the airport site. Buses are frequent, and efficient.”

“whilst it very convenient . it is getting extremely difficult to find a space ! A few months ago I would drop the car off easily . the past few months it has taken quite some time to find room and if it carries on I will have to start looking for alternatives .”
