“Just letting you guys know I?m stoked with your service. Found your store not long ago and have placed 2 orders in last month or so. Both orders have arrived super quick (even quicker than orders I?ve placed in the past from shops within driving distance from me (Sydney), yet you guys get orders to me even quicker despite originating from Brisbane). I haven?t had a single issue with either order, everything has arrived as ordered and described online, well packaged, nothing missing or incorrect, just perfect! You are now the first place I go to when considering new purchases and I?m sure I will continue to place many more orders with you in the future given your amazing service so far. “The service was fantastic I'm probably an annoying customer as I wanted every part of my bike to be perfect and the guys at lux were happy to help when I'd call to swap a seat cause I changed my mind or swap out a sprocket on my new custom build.”

“We ordered the bike, which was supposed to come with stickers. We went through all the packaging to check for stickers but they weren?t included in the bike box. I received an email saying that there could be more than one package coming and that they would arrive later. However they have not arrived. The bike is great but no stickers.”
