“I wanted to purchase a GT race bike for my son but needed advice, I called and got the advice over the phone then made the purchase online, I delayed the pickup for Xmas which was no problem. I had a small issue which was not lux's fault which was dealt with quickly and professionally and I was kept in the loop the whole time which was appreciated. I would highly recommend LUX”
