Price is good, delivery perfect but this membership was no clue what was happening , being a non dutch is even worst , i hate when people gets to be struggling so much from payments where you do not expect, 4 months ago ordered a product where it is more cheaper via phone, it leads to uncheaper why , you become member where you did not get on call , message in email,or how you called that waarschuwing that you shall pay after a month the membership, what is this? what if you dearly have no clue, that you do become a member or membership, that leads to payments 9 euro , once you tucked on it, they will not let you return anymore your money, of course you yourself did not know that there is this membership you have done, since you had only thought that it was only for once buying. after all you will only know that you have been paying , do make mistakes person, we want cheap, conveniency but it does take for us to be stupid enough.no one day i assure myself there will juridisch problem in this company. I shall be there to help it, if they will not return money back .”
“Poor customer service, correspondence is non existent - not what you expect especially during these times. They save you about 60p off each item and you have to pay £8.99 a month. I’m all for a fair review which this is - avoid.”
“Following a purchase they put a subscription on the credit card which we did not find out about until months later. Had to cancel the card. Do not use this firm, it is a con!”
“Months ago along with many others purchased an item and noted that £8.99 was being taken out of my bank account without my knowledge.They would not refund my money and i went on line and cancelled " MY MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION£ lol
It did the trick as they stopped taking the money.
Low and behold some months later the bandit has returned saying that i haven't paid my membership fee so be aware they do not go away even requesting my details be deleted.”
“After you place an order, they automatically register you to their membership. Do not order from them, unless you are aware of the fact that you need to unsubscribe right away from their membership!! Even so, I did it, but my request wasn't registered or ignored. Since 2015, I payed 89dkk/month, without even knowing that, being sure everything was cancelled.”

“Thieves, even if you choose not to subscribe they sneak it in your payment so that you unknowingly agree to it. Luckily I saw it in my pre-authorised payments in Paypal. Surely thats illegal.”

“Be aware! This company have been charging me for 8.95 euros each month and I did not notice it until today. I did not even know what Luxplus was about until I did not open their website. I checked up my e-mail for past orders and it turned out that I have bought only one thing in the past, during the last year. However, I ordered through my phone using company's mobile website which NEVER ever asked for my permission for this membership, NOR did ever the bank asked me to authorize it (which I have to do first in order for company to start taking money). This Luxplus just forcefully took money out from my account without any permission. DISAPPOINTED! Luxplus is a complete fraud.”
