“This is a scam. Please beware. If you buy anything from this company they will automatically sign you up for a membership of £9 a month. I bought a perfume that wasn't a great deal cheaper than a real one. That's right, it was fake. All £60 of it.
I've just had to cancel my bank card and all the inconvenience of what goes with that as they're not to quick to answer your complaint either”

This company should be avoided at all costs! A membership of 8.99 is applied after a month, so your first order and month is free, then before you know it they've take 2 months. Their customer service is rubbish, items arrived half empty and they refuse to refund or engage. Avoid at all times.”

“So frustrated!! Wish l had read these reviews sooner!! I too was scammed for 3 months, deductions of 8.99 monthly payments for a membership to get products at a cheaper price. I only ordered ONE an item ever!! I saw on the invoice that the membership was charged at 0.00 but totally missed it would start to charge me 8.99 a month and kicks in after 14 days!!!

“I wish I had read these reviews two years ago the one and only time I ordered from Luxplus. Since then they have deducted €8.95 from my account every month for two years. I feel like a complete idiot that I didn’t figure it out until now. But less so now that I read I am not alone—indeed the withdrawing company name is not clear, the amount is small and the timing is often very odd—never the same day and usually in the middle of the night. I am a very organized person and I still did not notice. My husband is in e commerce and he knows all of these tricks and how customers are protected by law. They will be hearing from us via legal channels. In the meantime, adding my review all over the internet. Very underhanded company that needs to go away. Don’t know how these people sleep at night. They clearly think they are better than the hardworking men and women they steal from unscrupulously.”
“Tiny checkbox to trick people into subscribing to their membership. When they found out and canceled it a few minutes later, they said it was not on time and could only cancel for the next month. Then still charge the user even though they didn't use it at all.”
