“I made a single purchase from Luxplus, only to find out later that I was being charged a membership fee without my consent. When I tried to cancel, they told me it had to be done by 7 AM to avoid another charge, which is absurd.
After researching, I found many others with the same issue—automatic, unwanted memberships that are hard to cancel. I’ve reported this to the police as these deceptive practices need to be stopped. Be cautious if you deal with this website!”

“They have been charging my account for 2 years since January 2022. You have charged 250.60 euros. I bought one thing and was unwittingly entered into a subscription. They say I clicked the box, I didn't. It is pre-ticked to purposely trick people. There are hundreds of reviews online stating they do this to hope people don't notice so you can continue to charge them. Well done. 250 euros and 2 years later. 250 euros on washing tablets. I have received no email communication from them in 2 years regarding the membership as actual reputable companies do to let you take advantage of your membership. Luxplus is well aware of how they use these unscrupulous methods as one of the unsubscribe options is "I didn't know I had a membership". Clowns.”

They’ll then give you a 14 day free trial and start charging you £8.99 monthly since they have your card details!! Then when you email asking for your money back they’ll put the blame on you and refuse!! Awful customer service and awful site.”

De klantenservice is op een bepaalde manier getraind om te profiteren van de onwetendheid van de klant. Ze houden je de hele tijd in verwarring terwijl ze brieven sturen via hun incassobureaus. Wees heel voorzichtig en vermijd ze! Ze zouden verboden moeten worden om deze louche zaken te doen.”

I stupidly agreed for subscription because I liked some of products and prices; and only recently I decided to unsubscribe because it didn’t justify the costs, and was surprised that my subscription wasn’t cancelled but they tried to collect money from my bank account and when they couldn’t they teamed up with CollectMasters, super shady and sketchy thieves, I wish I could sue them and make them go bankrupt”

“Verschrikkelijke ervaring. Ze nemen lidmaatschapsgeld op zonder uw medeweten. Zonder je dit te vertellen. Ik vertelde hen dat ik mijn factuuradres verkeerd had ingevoerd. Ze accepteerden het niet omdat ik het met een bedrijfskaart had gekocht. Erg makkelijk. Bovendien dreigen ze dat je niet meer op deze manier bij ons koopt. Als deze site voor iedereen toegankelijk is, kan ik hem krijgen zoals ik wil, toch!? Winkel nooit.”
