“Bella M was able to solve a number of problems that had arisen with our booking in relation to flight changes and transfers. She was professional and personable in ascertaining the nature of the problems and solving them quickly. Her communication in setting out the changes in a clear and easily understood format made for a very satisfactory experience.”

“I booked a restaurant through luxury escape but realised I’d booked the wrong date so canceled it requesting a refund and rebooked it the next day. After waiting 5 days I rang and was helped out by a lovely girl called Lisa B she sorted my problem and put me at my ease. I am very happy with the service from luxury escape.”

“I needed to notify our hotel of a change of time for a transfer and emails didn’t seem to be working so I rang Luxury Escapes and Natasha K was able to help me. Her assistance was most reassuring. (I did later find a missing confirmation in my spam folder)”

“My dealings today were with Mitchell R. He was so patient as I was unable to take his call. He said he would call back in one hour and promptly did this. He was able to understand my problem and provided a very satisfactory solution. He is a valuable asset to your organisation. So polite and helpful and a great communicator. “Lisa B was very helpful with my request. She provided the information which I asked and did it in an efficient time. I had phone reception issues as well and she was patient while I found a spot which she could hear me clearly. It was excellent service.”
