“Unfortunately I have just had to cancel a Luxury Escapes holiday booked for this weekend. Natasha K was so helpful in assisting and organising the whole process - from refunding to my credit card, returning my Luxury Escapes credit to my voucher and cancelling direct with the hotel. She made the whole process seamless and confirmed everything by email. Thankyou Natasha K”

“I rang the service centre today with some issues and needed help. Lisa. B was fantastic, bubbly happy voice. Rang me back twice and emailed 2-3 times. She was efficient and tried her hardest to fix my problem. Thanks Lisa. B”

“We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Vynka @ Luxury Escapes. I had been struggling to get confirmation from our Resort about some helicopter transfers. Then, luckily, I spoke with Vynka and she was AMAZING. Vykna assured me she would handle this matter personally and she kept following this up for us, and kept me updated, until the matter was resolved. Her service was outstanding. I am very grateful for her assistance in resolving this matter and highly recommend her efforts. Thank you so much Vynka.”

“Thank you kindly Vynka and Robby for your assistance with our booking. We had to chance our booking last minute due to a medical issue of one of our children. Both agents went above and beyond to assist us and doing so without incurring any extra penalties. “Vynka from Luxury Escapes was a very pleasant person, and very helpful, making me feel that nothing was to much trouble. I am not very tech savvy and Vynka made everything easy for me by sorting everything out, even doing the booking for me. I would highly recommend Vynka.”
