“Mikayla C has been outstanding with her customer service assisting us with the unexpected cancellation of our holiday bookings due to a medical emergency. We cannot speak highly enough and express our gratitude enough to both Mikayla and Emily H who both responded promptly to our calls and requests for assistance and understanding at this time. We have been Luxury Escape clients for several years and have always appreciated the helpful assistance provided to us. “Bella M gave outstanding customer service when we had some issues with our hotel whilst overseas in Thailand. Bella was able to arrange us a refund and assist with getting sales to rebook us Bella made a difficult and stressful experience alot easier !”

“Jake L was responsible for 'rescuing', our much overdue holiday in Far North Queensland from the brink of disaster. Jake ensured our problems with accommodation were not only rectified but our booking was generously upgraded. He attended to us promptly and with genuine concern.
