“I had problems trying to get through to Roman Original regarding a refund. Eventually got through to Ruth at Lyst who was extremely helpful and resolved the situation. Very impressed with the service. Thank you”

“I ordered twice from them. My first experience was excellent. I received my item earlier than expected and communication was on point. My second item, I didn't really get communication from the seller, my item arrived late and communication suck. Lyst helped me out greatly with that though. They communicated with the seller for me and my item actually came the next week. I had to return it because my event passed. I will continue ordering though. I won't let that experience stop me. Thank you”

“I was new to the website and had a question about ordering. I contacted customer service via email and the response from Ruth was quick, thorough, and easy to understand which answered my question! Ruth also followed up to make sure all was well. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!”
