Immediate response and clear feedback. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars, is because they need to crack down on Amazon for giving them incorrect pricing.

The representatives kept in contact with me about the item I was looking for. Although they did not find, (might be discontinued), they continued to and are still searching. Great response time and communication.

I did not understand how the Company worked and I emailed a request for help. I heard from two men who explained things really well. Their responses will bring me back as a customer!

I had some difficult querries about damaged locks on my Globe Trotter Suitcases I was moving from pillar to post from India. Some how I was not able to get proper help but one day while checking on Globe Trotter site I found the name of LYST and BINGO!!! I came across Hannah and to my great relief she too k care and provided me with all the information . My problem then was attended by a gentleman called Mikey from globe trotter. Till I got my proper reply Hanna kept on following with me . A very efficient, polite and helpful lady indeed. Such people will not only earn a goodwill but enhance the image of LYST. very good but you need a direct actual phone numbers . not all customer like emails . provide for the year 2022 direct phone numbers for the new targeted customer who love to speak directly to a live per person . They could be spending more

This is and update my last review. Ruth from customer service contacted me in regards to the issue with my initial order. I was able to place a new order and the process was seamless with the help of customer service.

I had bought a Jean and didn’t fit, the company that LYST ordered from were not responding to my phone calls or emails but when I sent an email to CHRIS from LYST he responded right away and communicated with me and he assure me he will take care of me, he is very professional and caring, he went out of his way to talk to his manger and convince to refund my money. I am very please with his service. Excellent gentleman.

I didn’t buy anything yet, but am happy with the most timeous response I ever got anywhere (especially on a Sunday) when I enquired about currency conversion. You are the greatest Team Lyst 🙌🏾
