I didn’t purchase an item on lyst however I contacted someone on customer care. Ruth Torres was extremely helpful in responding to my questions and inquiries in a quick manner. Couldn’t fault the communication. Would definitely contact again for any further questions or if I purchase in the future. Seem to be a very helpful and reliable site . Thank you

Carl was absolutely fantastic. I asked him to sort out the link of a few goods that did not work. He replied immediately and within 2 minutes. He asked for some more details and as soon as I satisfied his request, he came back within an hour and with all the answers. A very efficient, kind and honest attitude, that guy has and I thanked him from the bottom of my heart.

Customer service is really prompt in returning your e-mail and answering any question you may have. I would definitely give them the highest rating whether it would be a 5 or 10.

Ruth has been so kind and helpful in customer service! Wasn’t able to find the shoes I needed but I had quick responses to all my emails and will use this company to keep looking for the trainers I need!

Had the best experience with customer service rep Carl! This was my first purchase through Lyst and my order was canceled. Carl sorted everything out very quickly, efficiently and kindly! He went above and beyond. The best customer service I’ve ever received, especially via e-commerce. Can’t wait to shop more through Lyst! Oh and also I am obsessed with my new Bottega Veneta boots! They came super fast (all the way from Milan to LA) and packaged very nicely.
