There are companies that are in the US that take two weeks and more to get packages delivered and offer no information about the process of your order and I had this one in three days with communication every step of the way and all the tracking info I could ever need. “Unfortunately my experience was not very good with Lyst. I ordered a dress the other day, received a confirmation from Lyst for the correct dress and a confirmation from Alexander for the same dress in the wrong color. I smiled Lyst immediately after receiving the confirmations. Lyst said I have to contact Alexander Wang to see if the dress was coming in the right color or not? I still wanted the correct dress. I had to wait until morning to contact Alexander Wang after attempting to find my order via the Alexander Wang order number on their online site failed. Alexander Wang was VERY rude. Accused me of ordering it wrong. Could not promise they could cancel the order. More or less my problem. I was so irritated by this point I did not want the $700 dress! I am not sure I will ever use Lyst again. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.”
“I placed my first and only order with Lyst earlier this week. When I received my order confirmation email it was for a completely different item. I ended up having to cancel the order altogether and place my order with a different company so I could receive the correct item. Not a good experience.”
