“Shipping charged on Yoox when they were having no shipping charge and couldn't see the charge until the order was finalized. Now can' t see a way to return on Yoox. The order is not in MY ORDERS. Will see if it works out but will not buy this way again.”
“Website is perfect! Just make sur that when the item is no longer available that you take it off the site because I tryed clicking in about 10 different products and when it brought me to the site that carried them it said "these items are no longer available"”
“I appreciate the attempt at fast delivery, but the delivery person did not leave the package at my door or attempt more than one delivery. Instead, he took it to the post office. When I tried to pick it up from the post office, the mail pick-up window was closed (during their open hours, of course). When I tried to pick my package up again from the post office on a weekend when I was available, I was told that it has already been returned to the sender.”

“I am certainly happy that I found Lyst. So far it has been quite helpful in finding a number of items that I was searching for over the internet. I have a very bad back, as well as my knees and ankles are shot, so I can't really go out to shop, but I like to get up and look good when I do have some place to go. I like that we get notification about items we have
indicated, but we also get similiar items in addition.
However, there is a negative. Too often you tell us about items that we have indicated we are interested in, and we get a notice about them, but indicating that they are "sold out".
Why bother telling us about it, and then keep putting that item up on pages we receive.
Who wants to get notified that the piece they are interested in is out of stock in on.”

“I Love these boots. Though they were a very expensive purchase for me, I think they're worth the money. Not only are they very stylish and timeless, they are insanely comfortable. It's important to point out that I do NOT wear heels regularly. At most once a month and I try to sit down as much as I can. But these puppies are so comfy I'm wearing them fairly frequently. They're super easy to walk in too. I'd highly recommend these. I just wish it was snowing a little less this winter so I could wear them more often!”
