"I ALMOST LOST ASSETS BUT OLIVIA GOT IT ALL BACK FOR ME"

"Can i give them zero stars? used ebay for 17 years, its no longer enjoyable to use infact it causes more stress that its worth. The holds, the simple delivery BS , the 'so convenient for ebay delayed tracking system'- so items are delivered and show as so on the delivery agent platform yet ebay show as not delivered. So they can hold your money even longer - pathetic. With all the extra charges to the buyers for the made up buyer protection, it devalues items and puts off buyers. My sales hit rock bottom since the new rules and so did my company business account. Ebay is dead, go elsewhere its not economically viable to use and is by far NOT a quick process so sell unwanted goods which was the whole point originally."

"eBay Customer service neglected my complaint in regards to the bank account hack when money was taken out of my credit card account by this seller regardless of the proof of payment and the proof that my account was hacked. The money was not returned to me and my case was dismissed. I want to warn anybody linking their credit cards to eBay and then seeking help from the customer services.\r\n\r\nThe money back guarantee it's a lie. The seller possibly sent the package 10 days after. The tracking shows as delivered I didn't get any parcel, but eBay is not going to refund me the money, because I don't have proof that it was not delivered.\r\nThe seller, whose name is, by the way, Leonardo Pantoja Munoz, a former student and lab assistant of Middlesex university, who had been expelled from his university for theft, scam and various other violations, used to steal rare and valuable books from his university library to sell them on eBay has been lying all the way providing eBay with fabricated evidence.\r\n\r\nDespite the fact that the photo of the delivery proof on the delivery company website clearly shows that it was delivered somewhere else. I actually was talking with eBay customer service were very rude customer service assistant was yelling at me that they see that the package was delivered close to my house and that is good as proof of delivery, and he disconnected the call. eBay don't care about customers, and the money back guarantee does not exist. I don't recommend buying anything from a scammer like this colouring book thief of Middlesex university on eBay as you will lose a money just like I did because eBay is not safe ."

"I sold an item for \u00a360 through the global shipping programme. I posted it using tracked mail to the Global Shipping Programme address in the UK. At this point, I had done my part. From the GSP centre, it's eBay's job to get the parcel to the buyer. But the buyer had given eBay the wrong address, so they didn't receive their parcel and put in a claim for it. eBay then refunded the buyer at my expense - so I now have no parcel and am \u00a360 out of pocket. They've told me twice now that the parcel has been returned to me, but it hasn't. They've given me a tracking number with Evri which also shows the item has been delivered back to me but neither eBay or Evri can supply me with proof of delivery."

“
I bought an extra long cable for my printer to laptop. Admittedly I did pay for next day postage, but in fact it arrived the next morning, and as I had only ordered it late evening, I was impressed.
