“I recently processed a return (my first ever) for a pair of Alt_Road Gloves because I picked the wrong size, and MAAP made the entire process so smooth by keeping me informed at every step. I have also made a few warranty claims in the past, and those were just as seamless thanks to clear communication. Providing a free Australia Post return label with a tracking number definitely made things easier and offered complete peace of mind while waiting for a resolution. To top it off, my entire return process took only three days!"”

“Item received as what is decribed. Apparel was in great performance and comfortable while wearing it. User friendly interface throughout item selection, sorting and payment transaction. Might even better if frequent buyer/member got special or additional discount, so at least we felt being appreciated through years of supporting MAAP.”

“Always a pleasure coming to the MAAP Lab in Melbourne. Beautiful set up and staff are friendly and helpful. I do wish however that there were separate MAAP clubs on Strava for each city or country. I am considering leaving the Strava group because the majority of posts aren't relevant for me.”
