“The MAAP items I have purchased I am very happy with. However I do find your jerseys not suitable for real women cyclists who have curves and don't want excessively tight jerseys or knicks.”

“Purchased gear online was fantastic and seamless. Visited the store in Sydney staff were friendly greeting then when I asked if you had anything in a size L it was ohh we only have smalls left, no follow up or suggestions of what alternatives could be offered as this was the first time visiting a Maap store was not the most engaging experience to want to then go and buy products from.”

“My experience with MAAP has been excellent. The team at the MAAP Lab Melbourne were extremely helpful, taking the time to answer my questions, explain the differences between the performance bib ranges, and assist with sizing during an earlier purchase. The MAAP Lab is a great environment and reflects the premium feel of the brand. For my Team Evo Long Bib Shorts purchase, I used the sizing guidance from that visit to order online, which was quick and hassle-free, with smooth ordering and delivery. Overall, my experience with MAAP has been very positive.”

“Hi!! I unfortunately did not love the grey bib. It felt very revealing and did not provide compression in the ways I hoped it would. The mesh also comes down pretty low so it could be seen when wearing with my jersey. I will be trying to sell.”

“I think Maap needs to rethink the women models for bibs and tights. So many models offer a top part that offers some more support and the elastic doesn’t cut you in the waste, would like to see some consideration given to that and not only a reproduction of man models … On the other hand, the Innovation in comfort, aero, colours and effects on jerseys is next to none and same for socks and thermal jerseys.”

“Je suis totalement équipé de MAAP du bib au maillot et aux chaussettes. Juste un problème avec les bibs dont les coutures craques à chaque fois... c'est les seuls pièces dont la qualité laisse à désirer et pourrait m'amener à changer de marque.”

“Unfortunately there was an inventory item issue with my order as they didn’t have the bibs available. I was send a promo code for free shipping that unfortunately didn’t work to Canada. One jersey also fit significantly smaller than the rest. It was a final archive sale so I am stuck with it. It is a bit unfortunate that there was such a discrepancy in sizing. I understand race fit but you should still take the same size.”

“I am a regular MAAP purchaser. I had purchased a long sleeve Jersey, which was on sale. However, when the order was processed a day later, it could not be delivered as they had run out of stock. I did receive a 'Free Postage' code; however, I would have preferred a discount off a non-discounted item, so I could get my long-sleeve jersey, which I was originally after.”

“I had a voucher which was not eligable for use as items were on sale, slightly disappointing but ordered anyway. I find the sizing to be a little inconsistant, and also tricky to find a good fit as was the case on this occansion and so will have to arrange returns. Often I need an L/XL for jerseys and still find sleeve length is too short, while an M would fit torso better. Overall I find its great when I can find an item that fits well and that will quickly be my go-to, but I do find MAAP gear to be quite hit and miss and not as good value as other brands.”

“Women's Alt_Road™ Cargo Bib 2.0, is unfortunately not nearly as good as I'd expect. Chamois is far too thin for long rides, and causes chafing. The pockets and storage are great however.”

“MAAP has a solid range of products, but the in store experience feels a bit off like a high end Kmart (no offence). It’s well stocked, just not particularly inviting. Products are overpriced. On the plus side, the coffee is good.”

“I recently made an online order and it got missed. I can’t see how, poor ecommerce. It took me 3 emails and 2 non returned phone calls to get a response 2 weeks later, only to tell me that it was out of stock. I went to the Sydney store and bought the item, only to wear it once and it’s falling apart. Bad service, bad quality. It won’t stop me buying more kit ( I have thousands of dollars worth already purchased) but it has left a bad taste in my mouth.”
