“Unfortunately there was an inventory item issue with my order as they didn’t have the bibs available. I was send a promo code for free shipping that unfortunately didn’t work to Canada. One jersey also fit significantly smaller than the rest. It was a final archive sale so I am stuck with it. It is a bit unfortunate that there was such a discrepancy in sizing. I understand race fit but you should still take the same size.”

“I am a regular MAAP purchaser. I had purchased a long sleeve Jersey, which was on sale. However, when the order was processed a day later, it could not be delivered as they had run out of stock. I did receive a 'Free Postage' code; however, I would have preferred a discount off a non-discounted item, so I could get my long-sleeve jersey, which I was originally after.”

“Love the product, designs and service but labels seem to peel and fall off way too often. It is also too expensive. If you truly appreciate your loyal customers and their support, please make your prices more competitive.”

“I had a voucher which was not eligable for use as items were on sale, slightly disappointing but ordered anyway. I find the sizing to be a little inconsistant, and also tricky to find a good fit as was the case on this occansion and so will have to arrange returns. Often I need an L/XL for jerseys and still find sleeve length is too short, while an M would fit torso better. Overall I find its great when I can find an item that fits well and that will quickly be my go-to, but I do find MAAP gear to be quite hit and miss and not as good value as other brands.”

“Women's Alt_Road™ Cargo Bib 2.0, is unfortunately not nearly as good as I'd expect. Chamois is far too thin for long rides, and causes chafing. The pockets and storage are great however.”

“MAAP has a solid range of products, but the in store experience feels a bit off like a high end Kmart (no offence). It’s well stocked, just not particularly inviting. Products are overpriced. On the plus side, the coffee is good.”

“I recently made an online order and it got missed. I can’t see how, poor ecommerce. It took me 3 emails and 2 non returned phone calls to get a response 2 weeks later, only to tell me that it was out of stock. I went to the Sydney store and bought the item, only to wear it once and it’s falling apart. Bad service, bad quality. It won’t stop me buying more kit ( I have thousands of dollars worth already purchased) but it has left a bad taste in my mouth.”

“Everything apart from the shopping experience was exceptional. I found the switch from DHL to Australia Post frustrating given how much longer I needed to wait for the package to arrive (usually was here in 2-3 days). A shame to not be able to select the option to pay for faster delivery which I would have opted for.”

“I had to return a jersey that didn't fit (I had ordered the wrong size by accident). The returns process was OK, the frustrating part was that I tried to contact MAAP as soon as I had realised my mistake but couldn't. The order shipped later next day I think, but I wasn't able to change it before it shipped. If MAAP has 1H hold period from ordre placement to processing that could help avoid situations like this.”

“Not a perfect score because I like the old generation jerseys more, where there was Pro Fit with functional pockets. Now there’s a shift toward Race Fit — the jersey length is shorter & the pockets don’t stretch well. I need this because I do mostly long rides and need to store a lot of food, flat kit, etc. The only other option is Training fit, and the designs there are not as interesting. Also, Maap does not ship as quickly as it used to. Why can’t we buy LaB shop jerseys online and have them shipped internationally?”

“Sizing is completely off. Size up by at least 2 sizes if its a pro. Shipping is the most expensive I've seen when its not express. Returning is made doubly difficult Otherwise beautiful fabric”

“Good customer service as always couldn’t fault I that perspective. But prices are starting to get excessive and unmanageable. All my kit is MAAP, but struggling to continue to justify. Also shipping costs to NZ are too expensive.”
