MAAP has a solid range of products, but the in store experience feels a bit off like a high end Kmart (no offence). It’s well stocked, just not particularly inviting. Products are overpriced. On the plus side, the coffee is good.

I recently made an online order and it got missed. I can’t see how, poor ecommerce. It took me 3 emails and 2 non returned phone calls to get a response 2 weeks later, only to tell me that it was out of stock. I went to the Sydney store and bought the item, only to wear it once and it’s falling apart. Bad service, bad quality. It won’t stop me buying more kit ( I have thousands of dollars worth already purchased) but it has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I suggest all size up, I’m normally a size 8-10, but had to get a size XL

Everything apart from the shopping experience was exceptional. I found the switch from DHL to Australia Post frustrating given how much longer I needed to wait for the package to arrive (usually was here in 2-3 days). A shame to not be able to select the option to pay for faster delivery which I would have opted for.

Good gear but different products sizes don’t align very well.

I had to return a jersey that didn't fit (I had ordered the wrong size by accident). The returns process was OK, the frustrating part was that I tried to contact MAAP as soon as I had realised my mistake but couldn't. The order shipped later next day I think, but I wasn't able to change it before it shipped. If MAAP has 1H hold period from ordre placement to processing that could help avoid situations like this.

Not a perfect score because I like the old generation jerseys more, where there was Pro Fit with functional pockets. Now there’s a shift toward Race Fit — the jersey length is shorter & the pockets don’t stretch well. I need this because I do mostly long rides and need to store a lot of food, flat kit, etc. The only other option is Training fit, and the designs there are not as interesting. Also, Maap does not ship as quickly as it used to. Why can’t we buy LaB shop jerseys online and have them shipped internationally?

Sizing is completely off. Size up by at least 2 sizes if its a pro. Shipping is the most expensive I've seen when its not express. Returning is made doubly difficult Otherwise beautiful fabric

Good customer service as always couldn’t fault I that perspective. But prices are starting to get excessive and unmanageable. All my kit is MAAP, but struggling to continue to justify. Also shipping costs to NZ are too expensive.

I wear MAAP alot, but price has gone up understandable in this climate. But quality has been quite poor of late... Hopefully my skinsuit is a bit better

every purchase is different. the service of mail order is labile; sometimes within 24/24h and others times, days pass before processing occurs. ask yourselves, why is it labile? the quality of jerseys fluctuates. this is really irritating ......... i cannot be bothered sending the goods back because the endless emails and patronising language of the replies is infuriating. i usually fix the garment myself. i loathe the fact some items are only available in store; frankly rude. the socks fit is labile as well (i always buy the biggest size). i cannot understand why some socks fit so comfortably and others, you need to wrestle to put them on because the elasticity quotient is grossly deficient. and then they feel so tight. you make kit that i adore. i love the palettes offered. the duds fit like magic. pick your line of service standard and stick to it. be consistent.

Hi Isobelle, Thanks for taking the time to let us know — I’m sorry your drink bottle arrived in less-than-perfect condition. That’s not the experience we aim to deliver. I’ve just checked stock for a like-for-like replacement and unfortunately we’re out of this bottle at the moment. To make this right, I’ve refunded the $30 bottle in full and sent you a free-shipping code by email, so you can choose a replacement bottle of your preference at no cost. We really appreciate you calling this out, and it’s great to hear you’ve been happy with your previous MAAP pieces. If there’s anything else we can help with, just let us know.

Had my third pair of bibs blow apart at the seams. Support team was good with a speedy refund. But a bit dissapointed in the quality vs price.

The sizing is so far off it’s very dissapointing, you should put some indications to sizing on your website

Flagship store lack of sizes and colour ways in stock was very dissappointing and resulted in a lost sale. At least I got to try on alternates to get a sense of size, but could not check if the colour way really what I see in the website.

Rides are ace, definitely feels like I'm part of the culture. Maap clothing does live room for desire, the jerseys, while expensive are definitely some of the nicest I've had with plenty of options and styles that really hit it, it's unfortunate that I can't get around maap bibs with the cut being so low that I opt for black sheep with there zero bib and brace with bogata fabric. Additionally, I would be interested in more options or exclusives for the speed suits. As a primarily speed skater, I do have much love for a full suit that I can just layer vests or jumpers over. Maybe a long arm exclusive with the slight off colour stamp design?

I've been a long fan of MAAP but recently I think it has lost it's way. I went to the flagship store in Melbourne and was treated like rubbish by the staff. I asked about a winter top and the guy laughed and said he had nothing that would fit me. He hardly even looked up. Previously the service was amazing and in other stores i.e. Singapore, the guys have been incredible. Secondly, the sizing of your kits is just insane. It's so small, especially the jerseys. I get you cater for pros, but even my tiny mates are wearing 2XL's. Let's be a little real here. I cannot question the quality of your nicks or t's, but just wish you'd ditch the dude with the attitude and be a bit real with sizing. I'm not the only one saying this and I've read articles about it as well

Happy with the Black Friday sale. The free shipping threshold seems too steep - should be over $100.
