“The Henna bibs were a lot darker in real life than the bright vibrant colour you see on the website. I was also disappointed to see Maap no longer offered Afterpay as a form of payment.”

“Australia Post tracking number: 3389U2891553 My Order MAP-141040 I wrote a wrong shipping address before, so the package was returned to you.now I don’t know whether you have received the return,and I haven’t received my gift card. What’s the problem now? What should I do?”

“Products are good, payment is ez. Arrived quickly. Website fkn terrible navigation very off putting when try to go back to the product view, was faster to goto the email and reset the product view”

“Products are of high quality. My only gripe is the shipping costs. To only get free shipping after spending $250 is ridiculous. That is a more than double jump from $100 which is very high. Seems to me nothing more than a cash grab and can't blame it all on inflation. Also if this is the case you should offer regular post price and not just express which most people don't need for cycling gear.”

“Custom fees are quite expensive in Canada and bring lots of problems when you need to return items. Items are really nice looking, but the fit is very very small.”

“Pro bib 2.0 is so expensive that I cant believe it ripped when snagging with my bike seat after only 2 months of use! The "crash" replacement is okay, but I still dont think I should have paid 60% of a brand new bib because my "old" (3 months old) bib is ripped. I dont want to have to be extra careful with such an expensive item, it should be made to last and to withstand the level of training I need to do.”

“I bought 2 jerseys on sale, they fit reasonable well and are soft/comfortable fabric but before I had even worn one the stitching on the back collar had started to come out. Yes, it was on sale but the full price is so high you would expect much better quality.”

“I consider myself a Rapha-refugee, and was excited to check out MAAP. The product is top-notch judging from the materials used - eschler knits, Elastic Interface chamois, YKK components etc. You definitely are getting what you paid for in the product. However...pre/post customer sales support for MAAP trails Rapha. As someone unfamiliar with the brand fit there should be free return shipping at the price point they are at. In the end I returned the kit, and ended up buying the right size at a local retailer. I'm a fan despite the experience!”

“have bought 3 shirts, and after buying the newest, and a 7-day bike packing trip, I hand-washed the jersey and noticed the stitching was loose and had completely come undone at the left waist.”

“las talla de jersey muy ajustado, compre una talla mas grande vs Assos o Rapha y me quedo muy justo. El bib short son muy pero muy ajustado en las piernas y largo a la altura de las rodillas, lo voy a cambiar por una talla mas grande en Assos y Rapha soy L y en Maap voy a ser XL......”

“I struggle with your pricing. When factoring in everything it cost to get your product in my hands I’m paying almost $300 for one jersey and two pairs of socks. I understand the prestige element but I definitely think that the price gouging affects my interest in continuing to purchase your products”
