“i order 3 things and 1 wasn´t available after I pay and another was in the wrong size even i remember choosing the correct one. But the vest that fits me, it is a relly good product. i think i just had bad luck in this shopping”

“The jersey looks great on the body and from a distance; however the quality of the stitching is subpar. The threads are not straight, asymmetrical and has some loose ends.”

“LS training jersey aesthetic is very nice, and I really like the new pockets. The arms have gotten a bit roomier so there’s a bit of excess fabric there, and there’s excess fabric in the trapezius area that flaps in the wind. Older model training jerseys didn’t have this issue.”

“The custom duties and local taxes are a big turn-off for Canadian buyers, all your competitors (Rapha, Attaiquer,etc) have figured out how to sell in Canada without the outrageous custom duties. You can do better MAAP, and I hear you now have a Canadian owner so time is up. Otherwise love the brand and what I bought”

“The quality of the kit is really nice, the training jersey sits flat on the belly and the bib is super comfortable. Only thing is I paid almost 50% of my order’s price in import fees…getting a warehouse in north america should be a no brainer in my opinion, I know plenty of people who don’t order from your website because the import fees are through the roof.”

“I appreciate the responsiveness to my emails. Though Maap is one of my most favorite brands considering style and quality, I tend to choose other brands due to my past experience with slow delivery (over a month). However, for my latest two orders, I could receive my orders faster (8 days). Thanks for that.”

“Recently I bought and received Emerge Ultralight Pro Jersey - Grass / XS. The ordering process and delivery were great. However, I am not happy with the jersey because it has a few bulges along the zip area after zipping up.”

“Love the kit and it fits well, the quality is high. However, was pretty annoyed recently with the MAAP strava challenge where it consistently stated $75 AUD reward unlock everywhere I looked. My friends and I were so keen. Then once you unlock that reward, you find out in small print that you have to spend $250 minimum to get the $75 unlock... be upfront and include that in your T&Cs early on. Not once people unlock the reward. Not the greatest experience.”

“No sale items in store. My biggest issue is the women’s sizing. Way too short. Jackets are even shorter than the jerseys. Gloves aren’t in small enough sizing for women. Please please please make some women’s waist shorts (bib shorts without the bib) as part of the alt road collection. Women’s don’t want to have to completely undress to pee in the bushes when they are out exploring in the middle of nowhere. Rapha used to make the perfect pair but they have changed for the worst (and get really bad reviews) so there is a big hole in the market now.”

“First time buying from MAAP recently, and the experience was good - fast shipment. However was disappointed with one of the shirts as the zipper doesn't function properly. It is still usable but expected better quality for the price. The other jersey is perfectly good.”

“The fit and style is 5/5. Super comfy and designs are sick. Unfortunately I’ve had some issues with the stitching on my Team Bib Evo shorts. The stitching has unravelled at the top of the shorts, where they meet the shoulder straps. The straight stitch appears to be intact but there’s a fair bit of stitching that just seems to come undone quite easily. Apart from that they’ve been awesome.”

“I have been buying MAAP jersey/bibs since MAAP started. I am a little disappointed that over time MAAP sizing has become more European. In the early MAAP jerseys I used to be a Large and the last couple of years I am now an XXL and they only just fit. My body size has not overly changed in this time period either as I am 183cm and 84 KG. I think MAAP are now catering more for the traditional small sized cyclist. I am also not a fan of the newer stying of MAAP jersey's which are more in line with other top brand cycling jersey's. The modern jersey's seem to have more drab colour schemes then previous jerseys. I hope MAAP start to go back to their earlier jersey color designs with the M Flag Motifs.”

“Lens on 100% MAAP glasses cracked due to changing them between clear and shaded as designed. Probably did this 20 times and then the lens cracked. 100% said I dropped them and wouldn’t replace. MAAP sided with 100% unfortunately. I have never dropped and have only ever handled them with great care (due to their high price).”
