“Ordering of the garment was easy however there was long period from when the order was placed to when I was advised of delivery. I bought an xxl jersey using the size chart and it was tiny. I ended up given to my very small wife who’s 5ft. Very very disappointed with product.”

“Pretty average. Ordered a couple of items one needed to be returned which I did. After two weeks I had to chase MAAP to see if it had arrived and as soon as I did, I got the credit. Felt like if I hadn’t chased I would’ve got the credit.”

“The store experience was fine, the jersey (Emerge Jersey) i brought was not. I questioned this with the store person regarding the fabric feeling like it was going to be too hot, it feels like i am wearing a thick wetsuit. but i was assured it would not feel like thick while wearing, I wore it 2 times and will not wear it again, Its horrible.”

“Your returns process sucks now. You take forever to 'approve' a return request, sometimes requiring me to reach out to support to push it along. Then when it arrives at your facility, it takes far too long to process the item - sometimes 2 weeks goes by and I have to contact support again to get my refund. Your return process used to be fantastic but all these delays and needs to reach out to get action has led me to shop with other companies for my kit.”

“The quality of the product can’t be beat, it’s great. However the process of buying it is frustrating. The dispatch is slow and the email responses are just copy and pasted, not genuine responses to your issue. It is disappointing.”

“- the order confirmation email did not show quantities - I did not hear from customer support for 26 hours after I contacted them, and was quite anxious due to the spend of $2,600 - the MAAP sizes have changed/gotten smaller in the last 2 years. I now have to wear XXL knicks, and yet have 4x pairs of XL. Weird.”

“Not incredibly great - feeling a disappointed in the quality of the jersey I bought with the bottom of the fabric near the zap coming undone after a couple of wears. Some staff are also a bit standoffish/rude at times.”

“No direct shipping to Ukraine. I need to return an item now, but it costs extra money. Shipping intermediate service from Europe to Ukraine costs extra money and extra time. Slow support. Mostly good products though, but pricey. Strava discount codes expire too quick, can't use them on many items this year for some reason. Terms are not buyer friendly. Return process is frustrating and not very clear, too much time spent on this.”

“Quality is excellent as always, I like the designs and feel when wearing. The additional GST was not shown when ordering and I feel I got ripped off. MAAP indicates normal prices on the website, which are the same as in their shop in Singapore. However, when ordering online the 9% Singaporean GST is added, which is simply not OK!”

“While the bibs are comfortable the quality is subpar. I have worn them five times and the lettering is already peeling off (I was them in cold and hang dry). Went through some bushes and the cuffs are frayed. For the price I would’ve expected them to last and hold up to the elements.”
