The items I purchased are too small, I cannot wear them. Need to make larger stock.

Purchased an item online during the sale. Wasn't provided with an update (inventory issue) on my order until I followed up twice. To make matters worse, when they sent my items out (confirmation email - they said 2 items were sent), however afterwards, they said an item was out of stock and only one item was out. This kinda left a sour taste in my mouth. This was the first time I purchased something from MAAP as well.

We recently had a system upgrade so we can be equipped to serve our customers better,with faster shipping times and more accurate inventory moving forward. We had a few order issues as we got the new system onboard, and one of these impacted your order. When the team at the warehouse then went to pack your order they noticed that one of the items was out of stock, sorry! Our Support team were taking a couple of business days to respond to emails due to the increased volumes of contacts as he helped our customers through the problems we were experiencing. We will make sure we take your feedback onboard to look for opportunities to improve in the future. I'm very sorry that this happened. I received the wrong item. Ordered Alt-Road Cargo Bib but end up receiving a long sleeve shirt. The wrong size sent is still acceptable but these are totally two different items, non-identical in terms of shape and design. my order number is 127968.

Paid for priority post and it arrived in 7 days. We are not remote and please don’t tell me about postal delays. Do t offer the service if you cannot meet expectations.

Fault in the jacket and poor service in terms of replies to my service query. Also surprised full refund not offered on faulty item that can’t be replaced like for like.

Have bought a few kits from Maap online and each time I forget how bad the shipping is. You cannot claim express postage when in takes a week to prepare the item for shipping. The cycling kits are only worth it if you buy them during a sale otherwise I would advise buying from them. The last item that I struggle to comprehend is how they preach sustainability but are the epitome of fast fashion for cycling.

Experienced some significant delays with my last order. Believe others in my biking circle were affected by significant delays also. Not typical of them I will admit. Great product though. Hopefully, they will be more attentive to customers requirements in the future. People don't like waiting weeks before an item is shipped after paying, especially when there are so many competitors in this field.

MAAP took my money straight away but did not ship for weeks, as something that was supposed to be available was apparently not, which they only told me after I enquired. I then had to contact them a second time to get them to finally ship my items. No apology, no free pair of socks (or similar) for the delay, so not impressed with the service this time. Service was very good for my previous orders, though.

The experience was poor. Size table does not correspond to reality. I ended up ordering the jersey thrice: L, then XL, then XXL. According to the table I am in between L and XL, however XXL didn’t fit either. I did not see any difference between the sizes: all were too tight, ending up sheer, see through. The last one I ordered, the biggest, came with double hole under left armpit. I ended up returning them all. I got refunds each time after approximately 2 weeks.
