Fault in the jacket and poor service in terms of replies to my service query. Also surprised full refund not offered on faulty item that can’t be replaced like for like.

Have bought a few kits from Maap online and each time I forget how bad the shipping is. You cannot claim express postage when in takes a week to prepare the item for shipping. The cycling kits are only worth it if you buy them during a sale otherwise I would advise buying from them. The last item that I struggle to comprehend is how they preach sustainability but are the epitome of fast fashion for cycling.

The customer service is very good. I was not impressed by the quality of the products / finitions considering the price of the articles.

Experienced some significant delays with my last order. Believe others in my biking circle were affected by significant delays also. Not typical of them I will admit. Great product though. Hopefully, they will be more attentive to customers requirements in the future. People don't like waiting weeks before an item is shipped after paying, especially when there are so many competitors in this field.

MAAP took my money straight away but did not ship for weeks, as something that was supposed to be available was apparently not, which they only told me after I enquired. I then had to contact them a second time to get them to finally ship my items. No apology, no free pair of socks (or similar) for the delay, so not impressed with the service this time. Service was very good for my previous orders, though.

The experience was poor. Size table does not correspond to reality. I ended up ordering the jersey thrice: L, then XL, then XXL. According to the table I am in between L and XL, however XXL didn’t fit either. I did not see any difference between the sizes: all were too tight, ending up sheer, see through. The last one I ordered, the biggest, came with double hole under left armpit. I ended up returning them all. I got refunds each time after approximately 2 weeks.
