ordered a full kit, 3 days later as the kit was posted, found they didn't have my bib size in stock, so they refunded me. however ive now got a jersy and gillet coming with no bib. i get online and order another bib. Jersey and gillet arrive, and the sizing is tiny, smaller than pedal mafia or rapha, more like castelli. I send them both back, get a refund on the jersey and have followed up twice for the refund on the gillet, still waiting. there are plenty of other premium priced kit out there that will give you premium service.

Wanted to get a maap kit for ages. Just bought one and found the sizing quite wrong and confusing and can’t even swap it out for the right size. Communication is difficult, hard to return. Totally put off buying again. Disappointed.

I’ve been an avid customer of MAAP since 2020 and I’m disappointed to say I’ve seen a gradual decline in quality of products and customer service since then. I bought some bib shorts around 3 years ago that to this day are still going strong. However last year when I got some new kit the bib shorts starting falling apart after just 9 months. Not to mention a lack of customer service when it comes to orders not being able to be fulfilled. I can genuinely say that it is not befitting of the high value price tag that Maap positions its products. It’s is a shame as I believe if MAAP rectified its QA and Customer Service model, the brand would be very competitive.

$400 in duty and $45 in shipping is insane. You need to figure out a way to ship cheaply to Canada or you lose many customers.

I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of your customer service compared to 2–3 years ago. Response times have become much slower, and the tone of replies often feels impersonal and unhelpful. This has made the overall experience far less supportive and engaging than it used to be.

experience is ridiculous and it is still not the end :DDDDD I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HOW WORSE IT CAN GET :DDD long story short: ordered bibs (paid 265€), after first ride - material got demaged in the random place, after second ride - another demage. contacted support - did not replied for a week, so applied for warranty - straight away new pair was sent (did not want it, nobody asked, just sent). received it, decided i don't want to give another try so i decided to return. your sistem said - we will give you credit, order something else. thought "okay, will give you another chance". order NEW 3 pieces - RECEIVED ONLY TWO. NO NOTE, NO ALERT, NO EMAIL, NOTHING. contacted support AGAIN. "oh sorry, here is a code for you for that missing piece, spend it in your next order". NOW I TRY TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE, USE CODE, AND BECAUSE I APPLIED CODE - I NEED TO PAY 17€ FOR DELIVERY. you kidding me? I NEED TO PAY EXTRA TO RECEIVE ITEMS THAT YOU ARE IN DEBT FOR ME??????? :DDDDDDDDD can't wait for support response :)

I ordered a new kit and the bib seams unravelled after an hour of use in multiple spots. Since then I’ve completed your returns form but have not heard anything. My feedback would be to have better communication on returns with timelines - right now it feels like I’m waiting indefinitely to hear if a replacement kit will be sent & now I’m out of pocket a solid amount of money.

Your sizing is completely rediculous. I've ordered a vest size XXL, even though your website sizing recommendation has me at L-XL. Most of my Rapha clothing is XL. I can't even zip the vest up over my chest. I ended giving it to a friend, who wears Small-Medium clothing and it fitted him perfectly - that is with some room to breathe, rather than like a wetsuit that you people seem to think is a comfortable fit for cycling. We're not all built like Vingegaard! I will not be buying and Maap in the future.

They do not accept returns for refunds, which is a legal requirement in the EU. Stay away and buy from a store that respects return policies.

Ordered 2x Solar Pro Race Jerseys. Straight out of the packet the stitching was coming undone ad the base of the zipper. Submitted a return claim and got issued a new jersey, whilst keeping the original one. I had the jersey repaired at an alteration shop as the replacement wasn’t going to arrive before heading away on leave. Since owning the 2 jerseys I have done 543km in them and the logos are peeling or have peeled off on both jerseys aswell as the stitching is coming undone at the pockets on the one I hadn’t had repaired.

I received an email asking for my experience with you before I even received the package. My experience with you so far hasn't gone beyond buying online. I still have to see if the sizing guide is correct and use your merchandise. I've been cycling for 10 years now, and I'll be able to give an accurate rating after using it, after washing it, after using it again, and seeing how long it's been without wear. Otherwise, you're not another company selling grams of fabric at exorbitant prices, but that's hard to see and use.

I bought a jersey that was a size L which is my normal size. I used the sizing tool before placing the order which told me to proceed with an L. When I received the jersey it was quickly apparent that this size was no way near big enough (several sizes too small). Now I need to pay a $50 handling fee for an exchange. This seems quite unfair

I recently purchased a jacket online and when it arrived, it was the wrong size. Upon contacting MAAP, I was told that the size I purchased had sold out and they couldn't fullfill the order. Dissapointingly, the product is never to return. I feel like they sent me the wrong size anyway knowing that they had already sold out. This is not the first time I've been sent the wrong product. Previously, I have twice been sent tops that were the wrong colour. I love the design aethetic of MAAP but feel like the e-commerce department of MAAP is very poor. I will not be purchasing anything from MAAP again.

Hi Rohan, my name is Aaron and I look after the customer team here at MAAP. I was sorry to read about your experience here, I've had a look and it appears that the jacket was returned and refunded four days ago but if this isn't the case please feel free to contact me directly - info@maap.cc

I ran the fit/sizing model on provided my MAAP and chose size accordingly - noting the size suggested matches what I wear in other cycling brands. Gilet/vest arrived and is at least one size too small - I have tried over the last 10 days to engage MAAP via their support tools over this, but I've been ghosted. The only resolution was to pay a further $50 (noting already paid shipping on the first garment, vs. Rapha where shipping is free), to try the next size up. At this stage I won't be buying another MAAP garment and wouldn't recommend MAAP to anyone.
