Never had a problem with MAAP before, but this time it’s big.. my orders don’t appear on my account after purchase, wrong size, starting my return to get the right one, dropping package off … 10 days later no news, no refund or voucher… Sending mails to client service and getting no answer .. poor service for a brand such as MAAP Just now I am the opposite of satisfied

Bought some shoe covers - cycling overshoes for wet weather. Have worn them twice. Appeared comfortable but as soon as it rained socks and shoes were saturated. Then, the second time the velcro tag on the bottom of the shoecove just fell off - it had not been properly sewn on. Am now 2 weeks since sent photo and email to MAAP and have heard nothing. These are not waterproof despite the advertising. The Pearl Izumi's are much better and third of the price.

Not good! Purchased 2 cargo bibs from mid-year sale. One of the bibs has elastic fabric fibers sticking out from the inside of the leg grippers, which is quite concerning given the high quality and standards I have come to expect from MAAP products. I believe this will affect the functionality of the bib and hence lodged a fault report with MAAP Support on 16th June. However, it's been over a week since, and no solution is forthcoming except for an auto-reply. I have always been satisfied with the quality of your products, which is why I am particularly disappointed with this purchase. Fault report #194218

I ordered two things. I was notified that my order was in the post and would be delivered Friday. Thursday I received an email saying that one of my items was out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving it. They gave me a 10% coupon for my next order which a) didn't work b) wouldn't cover the $20 shipping on my next order c) no more vests in my size were in stock. Furthermore I email them asking me to reissue a functioning 10% voucher and cover the shipping on my next order. Crickets. Very unhappy at how this situation was managed. Tried calling the number and couldn't get through.

Purchased sun sleeves, I was concerned about buying correct size after being caught out before as being a cyclist I don't have massive upper arms. After reaching out to customer service to get more detail about sizing like circumference of upper and lower part was told, Ciara (MAAP Support) to order same size as jersey(large). Which I did purchase that size. My fears were confirmed are sleeve is too loose at top. I don't feel that I could downsize as I am struggling to get bottom part over wrist and a smaller size would exacerbate this situation. Very disappointing from what I consider a premium priced product. I am left with option of modifying top part to make product at least useable. At least more sizing information on the website would have prevent this from happening as I would have realised the product does not suit my body shape.

I bought a bottle and it was broken. Sent an email to support and did not hear any from them. I sent it on Monday and today is Thursday.

Purchased the evo bib cargo but was sent evo bib and tried to contact customer service. Lucy could NOT understand that I was sent the wrong product..Evo bib cargo and Evo bib and took 10 emails to explain to her, still NOT resolved. I'm still waiting for a response after 2 weeks time

Purchased more items to get free shipping but got hit even harder with duty, taxes and fees from DHL. I've ordered from several international companies and this is the first time this has happened. Support was also not helpful and I wouldn't purchase from maap again.

Great colour and comfortable to ride, but the worst quality of a bib I ever had (in already 20 years of road cycling). Used the bib once for a ride of 60k in dry and wet conditions and after washing it, I saw rubdowns of the material on the bottom of the bib. Never had such issues with my Pro 2.0 bibs (3 pieces and using them since 2 years and now almost 2000K). Now I am discussing the situation with customer support since almost 2 weeks and now solution so far. Well, that was my last piece of Maap.

The item I ordered was never delivered with the excuse that it was “out of stock”. You guys need to update your website, not a nice thing to buy thing that are not really in stock. What a disappointment.

Your sizing is awful. Even following the chest etc sizes it was far too small. I've been ordering M/L from Rapha for years, and while COVID has not been as kind, they still all fit. The L from MAAP is 1, if not 2 sizes too small.

Terrible experience this time. I have purchased MAAP twice and both were positive but this time was terrible. I purchased a jersey and two bib shorts. I forgot to put in the bundle option and contacted Customer service right away. The person replied back to tell me it is not possible and seconds later I received an email that products are shipped. It didn’t give me any time to cancelled or reorder the products.

We're very sorry that you have had a bad experience ordering with us. We have had a look and can see you had already applied the Strava Reward discount code to the order and this is why we were not able to give you a further discount. We are sorry for the confusion there, our discounts can never be stacked and the Strava discount worked out a lot better for you. Hopefully, you got our last email where we explained this to you. When you request to cancel an order with us, the MAAP Support team checks and see if it's possible, in this situation the order had already closed off and it was too late to stop it. We are sorry for that! When the order is picked up from the courier at our warehouse and it's scanned in by the courier driver, the tracking takes a little bit of time to travel from the warehouse system back through to our systems. The email we send you does not trigger until it reaches our system which can be a few minutes and sometimes a bit longer after it's been picked up by the courier. This is why when you were speaking to us even though it was too late to stop the order shipping you had not received the email yet. We are very sorry that this was not the best experience for you. We do hope that your future experiences with us continue to be the positive experiences like you have had with us previously.
