Ordered an item that was too small (despite being the same size as another Maap jersey) so I needed to exchange. Tried to contact Maap support three times regarding a return and never received a reply. Had purchased 3 bibs and 4 jerseys but won’t use again now after this awful service.

The worst. I got a top and measured, but it was too small as the zipper came apart once it reached my breasts. Not only did I pay for postage . I am waiting for a refund as I have returned this top back. I got a gift voucher which is useless to me at 100 dollars, as there is nothing to spend on, and then I would need to pay postage again. I lose.

Hi MAAP team, I submitted a support request (#250139) on June 1st regarding a defective Team Bib Evo I received, and I also attached photos by email. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply yet—not even a confirmation from your support staff. Could you please help escalate this or let me know how I can get assistance? Hello, I just received my order and I had to pay $60 in customs fees. I was completely unaware of these fees... which I find extremely expensive in addition to the shipping fees I paid. Is it possible to get a refund for the customs fees? Thank you.

I haven't received my order yet. Shipment tracking has been stuck since 25 May, as received by the shipper after custom inspection and ready for delivery

After purchasing many items from MAAP in the past my recent buy last week was very disappointing. The quality of the jersey was no way close to previous jerseys I have bought in the past. The cut and the material was not up to previous standards.

My package was sent wrong by you. I did write my address correct and you sent it wrong, to another state in Mexico. I now have to pay a lot o money to rethrive the package

The Designs recently are not adopting and improving. I started to notice that the design and Concepts is not progressing and sometimes I dont lnow if MAAP has a proper design team. The Material is not Ok as well as I compare it to a PAS Normal. Over all, I think MAAP is not evolving when it comes to its designs.

I have emailed Maap about my medium sized grey evo team bibs, as they are transparent in the backside. This has been very embarrassing and I expected better quality and customer service from Maap.

Recieved a jersey from you that was dirty when I removed the packaging - I took photos and sent them to you at. As yet I have not recieved any response. So at this point in time NOT HAPPY

I waited for a year for the LITP kit to drop. I ordered same size as usual and found sizing changed and colour knicks were closer to white than grey. I contacted maap by email and found all stock was gone. So as a member of LITP I missed out on what I wanted, i missed out on my 20 percent member discount on second purchase and had to pay expensive shipping and I spent 230 bucks. Sorry I have been a supporter of the brand but there is better quality and value now elsewhere. I tried to phone to try and promptly sort but there is only international phone number on the site now

I got a request for feedback before getting the products. I submitted a support ticket and got a request for feedback before getting any support. Constantly getting bombarded for feedback without actually getting any product or service is cluttering my mailbox and a waste of my time.
