Great quality. Unfortunately a size too large. Returns process seems to take a fair while as I've not yet heard back if I can return these items

Sizing is all over the place between product lines. Measurements usedas a guide don't give the correct size. Really hard to buy online without having to return items.

Terrible. Don't get me wrong. I love Maap products. I bought my third kit but I will be returning it. Just don't buy directly from Maap! It's a scam. At no single point in the process was I told about expensive duties. What retailer doesn't pay those duties? I bought from Maap distributors in the past and didn't have to pay duties. It was in the price. Meanwhile Maap is just greedy and takes that extra margin for themselves instead of passing only PORTION of the extra margin from cutting the middle man to the customer. Now they're getting a return so no profit at all. And a customer who will try a competitor instead. Well done Maap...

For the record we're working with our E-commerce partners to make the duties imposed easier to see at checkout. Currently we fulfil Canadian orders from Australia so we have to comply with the import duties applied by your local government. Since you're in Montreal, a great way to avoid this would be to get in touch with your awesome local retailer who stocks MAAP, Le Club, at 3807 Saint-Denis Street.

I recently had an unfortunate accident and needed to utilize MAAP's crash replacement policy. However, I was quite disappointed to find out that I had to submit all my previous order numbers to be eligible for the discount. This process is cumbersome, especially since many customers, like myself, might have purchased jerseys, bibs, and socks in separate orders. MAAP should be more customer-friendly and open to giving the discount without requiring such detailed information. Making the policy more accessible would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I was disappointed by the fit of the bibs, doubly by only getting store credit back with my return because they were on sale.

The bibs broke after several rides, support said that the problem was in my saddle. In addition, the answer itself had to wait a long time.

Pretty dssapointed.. I ordered some kit, accidentally put the wrong address and emailed support instantly to change the address. I got word back quickly which was good saying the address has been changed. It was then sent to the wrong address. I was told another package would be sent, but after 3 emails to the help person I was dealing with I've heard nothing back. The kit for a riding trip so I've had to go without. Was my mistake to start with so not disgruntled but was under the impression there was a remedy...

I will be reluctant to buy from MAAP again. Not happy that a fellow Australian brand would charge 20 for express shipping (not give an option for standard shipping) and also the free shipping quota is ridiculously high at 250. The most out of all other Australian cycling brands like PM, Black sheep etc. and even more than international brands like Rapha. My order also came in 7 days upon purchase so not sure how this is express shipping. MAAP should listen and reward its loyal customers as opposed to finding more 'creative' ways to take there money. The product itself is good and hence two stars!

I really wish MAAP used an e-commerce system that dealth with taxes and duties. I got my items, paid taxes for them via DHL, and have to go through a convoluted process to reclaim my taxes via DHL because of wrong sizing and the need to return some items. As of writing I'm still waiting for my returns to be processed so I can submit documentation proof to get my tax refund.

I wanted to change the color of jersey and bib and the size. Therefore, I wrote an email and received a general answer that I should follow the return process. I had done that before and ask ny question a second time. I received an standard answer later! My third email was answered with the statement that they are very sorry but the package has been dispatched. From my point of view is that a bad customer service.

I think it's unfair you can't get a free return on an item of clothing. I get that it was in the sale but you've not lost anything by allowing free returns. All that does is make me less likely to buy something online when I'm not 100% sure as I don't want to avoid a fee. I've never owned maap clothing and didn't realise those socks would be so thick, hence why I'm sending them back. Shame that I can't just swap them for a different pair.

I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the two jerseys I recently purchased. They aren’t at all the same quality as the other two I have. Both are see through and fits very differently. Almost Seems like these new ones are knock offs from the real MAAP!!

The Black Friday event started a few days early and as a loyal MAAP customer for the past few years, I made a purchase online. The very next day after I placed the order, I received an additional 20% off promotion. My order has not even shipped out to me and this has left me feeling disappointed and somewhat cheated and frustrated. I am not comfortable with this purchase but it’s difficult for me to do anything about it since I live overseas. I’ll be extra careful next time. Thank you.

Shipping was insanely slow and way too expensive. Taking a week to get it shipped out but only having a $20 offering for express shipping? Sure once Australia Post gets it, it may be quick, but the wait is longer than an order from another company anyway. $20 shipping was 1/4 of my order value as well, was going to be 1/3rd. That is far to high for no apparent reason.

Living in Canada is a disadvantage now when purchasing MAAP products. Being forced to order online through the multiple jurisdictions resulted in an after purchase duty of $60 on 2 pair of basic riding gloves.

Initial purchase was fine. Shipping was rapid and the exchange function seemed well thought out. However, I've had no communication since the return and the 'instant' part of the instant exchange seems a bit more promise than reality. Bit average when you've got the original order plus another order on-hold on my credit card. Bloody ridiculous when we're talking about cycling knicks costing $400+... do better.
