Garment is very good. Packaging is poor. Despite my best attempts to open the packaging without damaging the jersey inside, its not possible. The clear bag enclosing the garment was attached to the packaging internally so when I cut the outside of the package to open it I also cut the clear bag and put a nick in the jersey. Interface for browsing and buying is friendly and handy. Shipping from warehouse quite time taking. Quite disappointed as I received the item (bib) with one of the letter almost on my left leg was almost fall-off.

Ease of process, purchasing and shipping is efficient. However the quality of the two items purchased was less impressive considering they were of the most exclusive range.

I have been a Maap customer since early days of the business. Quality is excellent apart from the odd Winter glove that was pretty average but nonetheless love brand, designs and fit. I think biggest challenge Maap will face is pricepoint, everything has become extremly expensive and potentially moved up in price far higher then competitive set.

Purchasing process was great. Was shipped fast which is also great. But shipping is crazy expensive to NZ, $50 is wild. Especially when some retails in nz offer free shipping and did mean that I couldn’t return items that were too big as the shipping cost was too much to get it back and then pay again for the correct size. Would purchase more but the shipping has put me off.

Having to pay shipping on a satchel (2x caps) which were over $100. Quality gear over priced. Sucks you are making every day cyclists pay for your word tour team inclusions. No loyalty benefits like say an MJ Bale who reward their repeat and dedicated customers.

1. I was served in the maap lap of Melbourne with Amelia who helped with a change of item size and it was fantastic! 2. I ordered some new bibs online and it was enough for express shipping. 4 days later the AUS post app says it has t left your warehouse. I spoke to two different people on live chat over two days trying to get more information and all they could say for a while was they are waiting to hear back from the warehouse. I get that things go wrong and it’s not always your fault, I just struggled with the lack of information and guidance as to what the rep was going to do to help find a satisfying solution. I started this query on Friday and on Tuesday night I still have no further information other they they have asked the warehouse. The lack of communication has been frustrating and always initiated by me searching for answers rather than someone sending me an email I can’t answer the follow up questions as it still hasn’t arrived

While the products continue to be of high quality, it was disappointing that I had to pay postage. This was due to my use of a gift voucher, which brought the total below the free postage amount of $250. Seems a little unfair!

Would happily give MAAP 5 stars but the £10 postage if you spend under a certain limit really annoyes me. Products are always great!

Sizing of the Alt Road Themal Jacket was inconsistent with other jerseys I have purchased. Normally I am large in MAAP but the jacket size M would have been equivalent.
