Maap has an incredible range of products and it fits me well. Only problem i encounted is that Maap don’t respond to E-mail with expediency. I have a problem with our local customs and it took you guys ages to reply. I still haven’t received my orders yet due to some details that our local customs needed from your end for them to release my parcel

I love the fit of the Alt-Road t-shirts, would be great if the sleeves were a little bit longer for sun protection right to my gloves. I wore mine for a bikepacking trip and at the end threads were coming lose, you could definitely see wear and tear. I paired them with the alt road bibs which are so comfortable but very tight (size up) and are only good in the black, any other colour shows a very unfortunate sweat patch regardless of if you’re a sweater or not. Overall, good products if you can get them on sale.

Service in store is real odd. They had a strained customer service which I presume was due to me not looking like their typical customer. Better experience purchasing online. Happy with my items. Wish I could have instore pick up as an option instead of delivery.

I like the quality of the kit but was shocked with duties to ship to Canada. It would be helpful to either have a tool to estimate the duties online or have MAAP include them at checkout as many other online retailers do.

All excellent but I have to receive my refund for a product returned. It would've been a 5 otherwise.

It can take 3-5 business days to show depending on the banks processing time. I bought a jersey and transit leggings. I followed the size guide, but the jersey was extremely small for me. I wasn't conviced by the material of the leggins. Additionally, I think the $20 for delivery is a bit high.

Purchased bibs, jerseys and socks at the TDU pop up, sizes in additional items were not available, therefore purchased online. Pop up purchases included a discount offer, items purchased to complete the kit online didn't.

lately you increased min spending of $500aud to be eligible for free shipping for countries likes singapore. its too high, considering the fact that there is no free returns. i suggest you learn from rapha. just my 2 cents worth

Express postage was not fulfilled. Wanted these base layers for TDU rides which I expected to arrive in time, but got them over a week after order placed. I assume the delay was due to resources focussed on TDU. Pop-up was great, well done. Disappointing that I was not able to use a gift voucher there though.

Excellent online ordering process and even better returns process. Product is excellent quality, however the size charts just don't seem to be right. I have had 2 attempts now and have had to settle for a XXL sizing fitting which will hopefully meet my needs after my latest return. I was very particular about taking body measurments but they are just not correct with your jersey sizes. Also the gloves chart size is not clear and needs some update

Maap is extremely good quality but that comes with a price. Despite what is said on their website they accept free returns and they refund the money to your bank account.

Bought the Alt road bibs - they fit super long in the legs…purple colour shows up the sweat so beware!!! The chamois is good, and materials tight. Good straps.

The postage to NZ is too much for a product that already is expensive. Rapha have free postage so I'll stick with them.

Your sizing is inaccurate. I'd like to see sizing recommendations for people with a significant amount of upper body muscle mass. I recently purchased a size L ascend rain jacket based off a chest measurement of 103 cm however the shape of the garment was far too tight across the chest. Furthermore i was unable to fit my arms into the sleeve as they are too narrow. This sounds absurd but this can be solved by adding some more info to your sizing chart.

Fast delivery and a good crash replacement policy. Products are of decent quality with 2 of my jerseys arriving with loose threads which isn’t ideal when they’re made to stretch

I wanted to buy a gift voucher instore as I don’t I don’t like to use Visa card online and you don’t sell actual gift cards this was for my husband that wants to come in and purchase and use his gift cards like most stores have but instead he has a printed out piece of paper to come in with instead which I thought was weird as why don’t you just do the gift cards ? I think the sales person thought I was an idiot and then annoyed me also as not all of us like e cards and buying online I like bricks and mortar stores like yourself.

Disappointed with the quality of the Jersey, I have been buying MAAP products since 2018 and have noted a gradual decline in the quality of the Jerseys.
