This is my first high end kit after riding in team kits for decades. I'm 5'8 and 128 lbs with a 28/29" waist and 36/37" chest and tried the XS based on MAAP's size guide but it was VERY tight and so I exchanged for a S size and it's a better fit IMO. The quality seems high although time will tell in terms of wear - my Vermarc team clothing has been very durable. I really like the colors and design. One thing to note is that you should not expect MAAP to reply to any email or even phone inquiries if you have questions or issues. My emails on sizing or exchange reimbursement have gone unanswered - as has my phone call.

I did include the cost of duty and shipping which ended up to he almost 40% of the value of the goods I purchased. This is a great product but it is too expensive to buy directly.

I am surprised and very unsatisfied that the direct world wide shipping cost has increased from 30 to 45.

I went to the shop to buy a gift voucher for a friend's birthday and gloves for myself. The gift voucher experience was clumsy and for a $200 voucher I had to buy 2 x $100 vouchers which were emailed to me. I nice traditional type printed voucher that I could have handed to my friend would have been better. The glove range was limited and the gloves that I came away with were not very pleasing.

The quality on your products is great. I usually by your product through my local bike shop, However my first experience with your company was purchasing in your sale. You over sold the item and no one informed me of this. I only found out when it arrived with missing product and no explanation why it wasn’t there, I had to call you customer services to find out it was on back order with no idea of when it would be restocked. I understand sales are a busy period, but all that was needed was some communication that it was out of stock. As I said before the products are great, but the customer service fell short for me with this experience.

I bought a jersey and it fit nicely, but would be nice if it were a bit shorter in length. Shipping to Canada was fast, but shipping, customs, duty, and taxes came out to be more expensive than the already expensive jersey. It would be nice if there were free shipping over a certain amount, or an option for cheaper and taking longer.

The dispatch taking more than 3 days. The Size S Evade Crew hoodie and sweaters are worn like a Size M. Oversized, unhappy with the sales purchase.

Delivered fast. Sizing is smaller than expected ; I was predicted a medium for a looser fit and it is very compressive, feels like seams may rip on the bib. Disappointed by how tight the arm sleeve is at bottom too.

I bought a size S prime jacket during mid year sale Jacket turns out to be a bit tight and I wanted to exchange. Current policy is to refund and purchase again with store credit. This process is ok. I dont like is the payment for the postage

I’m not sure if it’s me but I’ve almost found this jacket too warm. I’ve been riding in 6 degrees C in Melbourne (may) with normal short sleeve riding top underneath. I hope it’s nicer as we get further into winter. Any guidance on layering would be appreciated.

It would be nice if the prices are lower so i could just buy the jersey and bib that i want instead of waiting for you to have a sale and be left with left over jerseys and bibs.

The product rocks. The lack of free returns outside Australia is a problem. If MAAP can sort this out, they’ll get money from me that otherwise will continue to go to Rapha.

Sizing is really hard with you guys. Always seems to be so small and I have to exchange which is of itself painful. I really needed the kit for a trip to Europe and now I won't have it in time.

Great product and support. However, you guy really need to figure out the duty situation. Increasing the international shipping threshold to $500 is insanity. My order was only around $200 in value and I was charged $80+ in duties and taxes. Your Aussie based competitors now include shipping and duties at a lower price point. This is more so infuriating because I'm receiving a replacement product because of warranty purposes.

Maap has an incredible range of products and it fits me well. Only problem i encounted is that Maap don’t respond to E-mail with expediency. I have a problem with our local customs and it took you guys ages to reply. I still haven’t received my orders yet due to some details that our local customs needed from your end for them to release my parcel

I love the fit of the Alt-Road t-shirts, would be great if the sleeves were a little bit longer for sun protection right to my gloves. I wore mine for a bikepacking trip and at the end threads were coming lose, you could definitely see wear and tear. I paired them with the alt road bibs which are so comfortable but very tight (size up) and are only good in the black, any other colour shows a very unfortunate sweat patch regardless of if you’re a sweater or not. Overall, good products if you can get them on sale.

Service in store is real odd. They had a strained customer service which I presume was due to me not looking like their typical customer. Better experience purchasing online. Happy with my items. Wish I could have instore pick up as an option instead of delivery.
