“Purchase was great, love the items I got (fit, colour all good!). Shipping was fast, only complaint would be using DHL. So brutally expensive. Their handling fee, plus duty, plus tax was over the top. It actually turned me off of ordering more (even with the 'free shipping' and credit/strava reward I used). I've ordered cycling apparel from the U.K., Italy, Spain - all shipped with DHL and I have never paid any of these fees. What gives? Is this just an Australian thing? Would love to do more shopping but, probably not going to happen.”
