“I purchased the turkey breast Wellington. There was a delicious layer of stuffing wrapped around the turkey. The pastry outer layer was light, delicious, and beautifully adorned with cut out leaves. I was perfect for the 2 of us. It served 6 generously, so we were able to get three meals from it. Just in case it would be dry (it wasn’t/very moist), I made a mushroom sage creamed gravy. The 2 together were supreme!
I plan to order this again.”

“First. Shipment arrived ahead of schedule. The order was packed very nicely. We ordered 40 "loafs" and were able to serve 6-7 people per loaf. We were delighted with all the positive comments we received from our diners. All dinners had hot gravy over each sliced, making the turkey very moist. Even our leftovers heated up in the microwave extremely well. Our two cooks liked how well each sliced held together. It saved us time and energy. We are a Community Kitchen in Roseburg. Oregon.”
