“We were contemplating buying our Thanksgiving meal through Mackenzie. I told my husband that it is the pictures that tempt you but that I doubt things taste like you hope or expect. We purchased lobster cakes as a "trial" of Mackenzie products. Ordering was simple, it came quickly and was packed exceptionally well to keep it frozen. However, as I expected, the taste was subpar and you had to look really, really hard to find any lobster meat.”

“The quality is good, but the quantity is so-so. The cost of the product is a little high, but the shipping is quite unreasonable I think. If you want to charge more for your product, at least do it honestly and increase the product price, rather than sneaking in the extra as shipping.”
